Beautiful modern beach home with private beach access steps away from the driveway and a private pool! This one-of-a-kind home sleeps up to 16 people with a fun layout for groups. Everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation is found in this recently updated classic beach cottage. Bask in the warm Florida sunshine in the modern outdoor living space complete with an amazing worthy pool. Walking distance to local favs like Gypsea Crepes, Finn's Island Style Grub, Liza's Kitchen and more.
This property sleeps 16 guests and is just a few steps from beach access. Located in a private neighborhood, this two story home has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, fire pit, and outdoor BBQ area. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a bathroom and laundry. There are two queen beds in each of the bedrooms. There isn't direct access internally to the second floor from the ground level. Guests will use external stairs to gain access to the second floor. The other two bedrooms along with the kitchen, living area and two other bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has one queen bed, and the living area is equipped with two sleeper sofas. All bedrooms have televisions available for guest use. Parking is onsite. There is a private driveway that can fit up to 5 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the street.
Guest will get access to the entire home. Please note that there is no internal direct access from downstairs to the upstairs space where the kitchen and living room are located. Guests will need to use the outdoor stairway to access upstairs. Parking is located onsite via the private driveway in front of the house. No parking is allowed on the street. The guests will also get access to the private pool and BBQ area outside of the home. Guests will have to provide their own firewood for the firepit.
Local nearby owners with multiple properties in the neighborhood available for emergencies during your stay. You will receive check-in instructions and your door code within 24 hours of arrival with all property details & stay instructions.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
