THE AREA
This condo is located in the Akumal area, in the Sirenis Residential, surrounded by vegetation, a few meters from the sea. This is one of the greatest areas in Riviera Maya, with its unique tropical beauty. People in Sirenis Residential are really friendly and will warmly welcome you to make your vacations peaceful.

Sirenis is only a kilometer away from Akumal, which is a world-famous destination to snorkel with the enormous sea turtles. It is located just 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 20 minutes from Tulum.

PARKING
You have one parking space in the building, also, there is street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Riviera Maya to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
