Location The villa is ideally situated in an exceptional location, an 8-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the bustling cities of Chaweng and Lamai. Enjoy easy access to the Gulf of Thailand's turquoise waters and sandy beaches while still enjoying absolute tranquility at the villa.
Guest Access You will be greeted in person upon arrival, and your point of contact will be reachable by message for the duration of your stay.

Security Deposit: THB 8000 cash at check-in (or equivalent in other currency). The deposit is returned at check-out, minus electricity costs.
Electricity: A flat rate of THB 150 per day, deducted from the security deposit.
Pets: Not allowed.
Passport: A copy of the passport of all tenants is required at check-in for registration with Thai authorities.
