The Space
Traveling for work or looking to have a relaxing weekend? Our new and renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo unit offers comfort and privacy in the heart of Makati. Conveniently connected to MRT Magallanes station and San Lorenzo Mall, dining options and easy access to anywhere in Manila are just within reach. Located near Makati's Central Business District, our place is just a few kilometers away from shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, laundry shop, and medical centers. It is also conveniently located near SLEX, Skyway and the airport, with transportation access for easy travel.
Our fully-furnished unit can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people with 1 full-sized bed, internet access, 1 toilet and bath with heater and overhead shower, dining and kitchen area with fridge, rice cooker, induction stove, microwave, electric kettle, complete silverware and flatware, pots, pans and storage cabinet. Property access includes swimming pool, jogging track, basketball/tennis court, children's playground and relaxing common grounds.
* Please note that registration requires a copy of valid identification.
House Rules
* All guests must be registered and authorized before checking in.
* Keys will be handed over personally by our co-host upon checking in.
* Kindly turn off/close appliances (e.g., aircon, tv, lights) when leaving.
* Refrain from eating, bringing or keeping food in the bedroom.
* Strictly NO smoking.
* Refrain from pouring any oil into the kitchen sink.
* Contact our co-host upon check-out.
Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out time is 11am. Please send the co-host a message an hour before your arrival.
Pool use is PHP 200/guest per day, payable directly at the accounting office, with a maximum of 3 guests per unit. Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance and cleaning.
Children 12 years old and below are free of charge.
For check-out, please contact the co-host before leaving as you will need to return the key. Kindly turn off lights and other electricity before leaving the unit.
There is a 2 story mall just below the towers with restaurants, supermarket, and 24-hr convenience store for food and other short-stay necessities.
Paid parking is available in the premises, at the basement level of the towers. Parking fee for cars is PHP50 for the first 3 hours, + PHP20 per succeeding hour. Overnight charges will be PHP300 +parking fees, applicable if guests park their vehicle on an hourly or flat rate basis before 12MN and leave beyond 12NN the following day. Motorcycles are charged a flat rate of PHP40, and a flat rate of PHP50 applies on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Unlimited Wifi, Netflix, and Youtube is available in the unit for guest use.
A microwave, fridge, rice cooker, and an induction stove is provided for our guests' convenience.
There are basic toiletries provided: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and bath towels.
For guests with children, we provide baby crib / bassinet and high chair (0-3 yrs of age) for 200PHP per stay.
After many requests for storing our guests' luggage before the check-in time of 3pm, we found an external possibility to store your luggage up to 3hrs for 200PHP with additional 80PHP per succeeding hour, up to a maximum of 500PHP max 3 luggages. If you want to choose this option, please contact our co-host Ms. Roselle to give her the luggage for storage on the day of your check-in. We can only accept cash as she also needs to pay the external storage. Please take note that we are not liable for any damage to your luggage and/or its contents. Regularly, we cannot help on our side with luggage storage on the day of check-in, as we have mostly all our units booked from the day before.
Guest access
Guest have access to the lobby, elevators, mini garden, playground, and the swimming pool located on the 6th floor. In-house gym is currently unavailable for guests, as it is for exclusive use of residents only. Paid parking is available at the basement level.
Guests can take a refreshing swim in the community pool, available for a fee of 200/pax per day, payable at the accounting office and authorized by the host. Please inform us at the time of booking if you intend to utilize the facilities during your stay. The pool is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, 8am to 9pm, with regular scheduled closure every Monday for general cleaning.
Other things to note for your kind observance:
-No smoking and no pets allowed in the unit
-Partying is not allowed
-Please turn-off the lights and aircon when leaving the unit
-Extra trash bags are provided for use.
-For guests who stay more than one (1) night, please be advised that trash collection by utility personnel is between 7-8am and 7-8pm. You may hand over your rubbish to personnel during collection time, or leave your trashbag in the hallway outside the unit before collection time.
-Please check-out on time to provide ample cleaning time for our next guests' arrival.
Any discounts?
There's a 5% discount included for early bookings and 5-10% for long term stays. Both are already included in the booking price you see in the offer.
Outside Visitors?
Since the maximum capacity of this unit is 2, 1-2 visitors who are not to be staying overnight will be acceptable, but please bear in mind to keep the noise at a minimal level in consideration to other tenants and unit owners. Visitors will have to register at the lobby.
