St Pete beach is one of our favs. The condo is very nice and is located in a great area. We enjoyed the condo and the pool.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Easy parking. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very kind and responsive! In-unit laundry is locked but there is coin laundry in the building.

Nice place to stay in St. Pete Beach

The apartment was newly renovated and was very nice. It was walking distance to the beach as well as to various restaurants. We stayed there because it was close to our conference site, and it was a good choice. We will stay here again.

Nice location, plenty of space

I stayed here on a trip with my Dad, who is 87 and lived in the area for several years. Location was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the space. Comfortable and host was very responsive.

Centrally located property

I stayed here with a couple of friends from out-of-town and was easy to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I'd come back again with my family.

Very nice, clean condo.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was very clean, everything worked, and the check-in process was as easy as it could possibly be. The pool was great, and the location is convenient to any and everything you need. We went to a different beach every day!

Perfect Location

This condo was such a great find! It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 really good size bathrooms. Best part about it though is the location. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and less than that to restaurants. We walked to get dinner and ice cream. The owner was wonderful. Any questions I had she answered immediately. My family and will definitely be back!

Great location, clean, spacious, 2nd floor condo. Pool outside and few walking blocks from the beach! Close to restaurants and bars. The owner, Juanita, very nice and quickly responds. Would definitely come back!

Fabulous Girls Trip

Our stay at Juanita’s condo was wonderful! We were within easy walking distance to the beach, as well as numerous restaurants and stores. The freebie ride system is also a really cool way to get around the area. We loved the Italian pastry and coffee shop on the corner in the mornings! The chairs provided were easy for three 30-something women to carry to the beach, no problem. We only wish we could have stayed more than three nights!

Everything was great EXCEPT I really didn’t appreciate the owners asking us to be the cleaning lady. Wash all the towels and then asked us for a tip. Also, they give you only two rolls of toilet paper. Juanita was great to communicate with

St. Pete Girls Trip

This property is very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable. The two bedroom/two bath unit is great for our group. Juanita was in contact prior to our arrival to give me door codes and to answer any questions. This is our second year of staying at this property for our girls weekend to run the St. Pete Run Fest 10K. We really enjoy ourselves walking the beach, the pool is great and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Roomy Condo on great location

This condo was great. It is very roomy with a huge family room/sitting are and large bedrooms. We had six people and never felt we were climbing over each other. The pool is nice with lots of seating and some shade. The location is awesome. We walked to dinner, ice cream, coffee every morning, shops and 5 minutes to the beach. It is well stock and was perfect for us. One thing to know, the grill is a common grill by the pool and it is charcoal.

St Pete beach

This is our second time staying here and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The condo is very clean and spacious, and quiet too. There is more than enough space and hooks to store/hang your belongings; in-unit laundry, comfy beds, dedicated parking for 2 cars. We also love that it’s in walking distance to the beach and it’s beautiful sunsets, and also the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Juanita is always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Overall wonderful stay and experience.

Great property. Would stay at the condo again. My only issue with the complex is there is no restroom by the pool. You have go back up to your condo when you are wet.

It was very clean and comfortable. Juanita was very responsive and attentive. would definitely stay again! It was quiet, pool was beautiful. seemed to be freshly remodeled, pictures were accurate, furniture placement had changed slightly. only negative I would say was internet,tv,wifi went out after the first day and the towels could use updating.

This location is great. Walking distance to the beach and different restaurants. The property owner was FANTASTIC to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Can't wait for the next vacation, we'll definitely look for this one first.
