This property is exceptional - the deck and the view are some of the best in the resort. We have stayed in Hacienda many times and this property tops the list. It is clean and well stocked. I can hardly wait to book it for our next trip to Cabo.

Our second stay here, and just as great as the first stay!

Once again, I must leave a rave review! Our family of eight loved the villa--very clean, spacious, and well appointed, with breathtaking views and wonderful amenities. It was hard to leave. Our every need was taken care of by the owner and attentive resort staff. The location was perfect for everyone--in walking distance to the marina and some of the best restaurants in Cabos, which was important for a family that included a baby and teenagers. We took full advantage of the spa, the pool, the beach, the restaurant and the chef services. Basically, by renting this villa, you get the best of one of the finest resorts in Cabos, with the privacy and space of a large villa. No doubt we will be back! Thank you Darren for being so great to work with!

Amazing Penthouse, Amazing Location!

The Hacienda Beach Resort has to be the top location in Cabo. If you are looking for a location that allows you to walk to the swimmable beach, the marina area with all its bars and restaurants, The Office, Edith's, etc. this is the place for you. The penthouse condo was amazing watching the sun rise over the Sea of Cortez while also watching whales breach in the distance. The service at Hacienda Beach Resort is outstanding and dealing with Darren the owner of the unit was extremely simple as he was extremely on top of everything you might need. We will without a doubt be staying at Hacienda Beach Resort the next time we travel to Cabo!

Awesome property

Spent a week in Cabo for Spring Break. Apartment is as great as described. And the local concierge team excellent and nothing too much trouble. Resort pool is fabulous for adults and children alike. Whilst busy it never felt overrun. Food in the resort is excellent quality but of course better value found outside the gates. Overall, would highly recommend this apartment and resort for its quality and location.

Absolutley Amazing!!!

This property was the best place we've ever stayed, and we have traveled for years. More spacious than we imagined, the view is stunning, the staff throughout the entire complex we're so kind & helpful. A short walk out of the gate and were close to anywhere we could imagine in Cabo. Truly a wonderful vacation for our entire family!

Absolutely amazing home and experience!

I have never stayed in a home this amazing on a trip before. This penthouse suite is absolutely beautiful and we did not want to leave. Stayed here in September for 2 nights with a group of 8. It is extremely spacious, comfortable and luxurious. I promise you, you'll have a great time here. The description is very accurate and the pictures do not do justice. Every bedrooms are amazing – with great views from all the windows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and then some. Every balcony is great and the hot tub is a wonderful bonus. The views of the ocean, mountains and city are stunning. Seriously – you cannot go wrong booking this place. The concierge service, pool, bar, restaurant and all the facilities here are fantastic. The location is great - easy walk to the marina and all the local bars, restaurants and clubs. If you or a group are looking for a hassle free, luxurious place to stay in Cabo that’s in a great location this is the place you have to book. I promise you’ll love it! Thanks to our host for everything they did to make our trip enjoyable!

Amazing Penthouse!!!

The furnishings are wonderful! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The four bedrooms all have king beds and are very comfortable. The view from the patio is gorgeous! The staff at Hacienda is so attentive and friendly. There are golf carts to take you around the property if you do not feel like walking. The location of the unit is bldg. 2 which is a short walk ( 3 minutes) to the pool. You are literally a 6-7 minute walk to The Office, Edith's , Mango Deck and Bar Esquina. We will definately go back! Darren, the owner is also very helpful with any questions.

Perfect for a family stay!

The villa is beautiful. The concierge are super helpful. And the combination of a plunge pool in the villa, a nice family pool at the resort, a restaurant that caters for kids and a sheltered beach made it a perfect getaway for two families with young kids.

Spectacular, Amazing Villa

This property is everything, and then some! Villa Carissa is situated in a fantastic location on the property, and because it was so beautiful we made sure to have a chef cook for us one night to ensure we would stay in and enjoy the villa itself. The owner, Darren, is an incredible property owner who was extremely responsive to all of our questions before our arrival. The concierge staff was equally terrific and they booked all of our excursions and airport transfers. Hacienda Beach is a jewel of a resort in an incredible location - the heart of Cabo. You are within walking distance to the marina and many great restaurants. Be sure to book a dinner reservation at Edith's as well as their sister restaurant, The Office on the Beach, which is just a short stroll down the beach from Hacienda. We had three eighteen year old boys with us and all the boys enjoyed a private ATV tour that Darren recommended as well as a day of deep sea fishing on a private boat that left out of the marina. The ladies enjoyed spa treatments at Hacienda, too. Villa Carissa has two stunning master suites and two additional, spacious bedrooms. We traveled with another family, and we could not get over the beautiful accommodations, the magnificent views from the villa and the wonderful resort. We cannot wait to go back, and book again with Darren. We highly recommend Villa Carissa!

Hacienda Beach Club /Darren Rushin

My family just returned from a incredible stay in the villa own by Darren Rushin. From the time that we booked until the day we left, Darren was always available for making sure every need was met. His villa is magnificent, with 2 levels overlooking the Sea of Cortes. The rooms, 2 on each level, were spacious and the interior design of the furniture was stylish and beautiful. The kitchen/family room is spacious and conducive to everyone hang out together. A large outdoor patio on the lower level, and 2 patios on the upper level, each off of a bedroom, allowed plenty of opportunity for being in the sun even while our grandson napped. The outdoor jacuzzi is an added bonus. The staff at Hacienda is outstanding. Our sincerest thanks to Darren for allowing us to enjoy his magnificent home in Cabo San Lucas. We are so looking forward to returning

Holy Cow!

Beautiful villa with one of the most outstanding views I've ever seen ... anywhere. Everything was simply perfect, starting with the very attentive owner, who made sure well in advance that I would have access to all the chef services, dinner reservations and activities I could want for this very special vacation to celebrate two close friends surviving cancer. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, appointed with Mexican art and maintained in impeccable condition. With daily housekeeping and chef services, it felt like we were staying at one of the finest hotels in Los Cabos (and I've stayed at those too in past years). When I booked this villa, and read the reviews, I was afraid they were too good to be true. They were not. I could not recommend this villa more highly--so highly, in fact, that I've asked the owner where else he owns properties.

Beautiful getaway

We stayed at Villa Carissa as two families traveling together. There were a total of 10 of us and the villa was the perfect size. We had lots of space, the view was amazing and the villa was beautifully decorated. The Hacienda Resort was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The coffee pot was not working on the first day we arrived and after calling the concierge, we had a new coffee pot a few hours later. The resort gave us complimentary coffee at the juice/snack bar that morning to compensate! Darren was super friendly, easy to work with it and even recommended his favorite restaurants and activities in Cabo. The layout of the penthouse worked well for us with the adults in the two upstairs bedrooms and the kids in the two downstairs bedrooms. We used the two rollaway beds that were provided by Darren and they fit easily in the rooms and the kids said were very comfortable! We loved the pool area and restaurant at Hacienda and ate there multiple times during our stay. We would definitely stay at Villa Carissa again! My kids are already asking when we can return!

Trip of a lifetime!

Our stay at Villa Carissa was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our daughter's recent graduation from high school. Our breath was taken away the moment we arrived by the the most spectacular ocean views...we never grew tired of them! The amenities, decor and attention to detail in the villa were truly impeccable. The service and staff were friendly and attentive. We looked forward to relaxing by the most beautiful infinity pool every day, but also enjoyed the beach and all the activities available to our family. My kids loved the fact that there was action and something watch and do at any time...but my husband and I also appreciated the more "refined" atmosphere Hacianda offered. The proximity to local shops, restaurants and the marina...within walking distance, was a major advantage. We couldn't have picked a better, more beautiful place to spend time together and truly has something for everyone to enjoy. Villa Carissa and the Hacianda will most definitely be your trip of a lifetime as well.

Amazing Penthouse and Amazing Location

Along with another couple, my wife and I recently returned from an amazing stay at this penthouse. We typically stay at what was previously called Capella, but now wanted to try what others have referred to as a very high end property but with better location, and more options of things to do. And Hacienda beach club is exactly that. Firstly, the greeting by the staff at Hacienda Beach Club is exactly what you would hope for after a long day of travel. They immediately make you feel like you are in the best of hands. They are very detail oriented. Prior to our arrival The concierge was in constant contact with us and set everything up with confirmation emails. The unit itself is AMAZING. The view of the ocean and archway are the best in Cabo. You simply cannot find a better location. The main living area is HUGE and perfectly decorated with beautiful furniture (the dining room table to to die for!) and gorgeous art. From the Master, a view is in every room including the shower. The patio, which is our favorite place to spend the vacation, is unreal. The quality of the patio furniture is very important to us and these guys really got it right. The chairs and sofas out there are VERY high end and very comfortable. You could spend all vacation there as the patio is enormous and looks out with no obstruction straight to where you want to look, the archway. The kitchen has all the upgrades you could ever need. What makes this property special is that it combines the best of all of Cabo. You get the high end experience which some of the resorts down there offer PLUS you can actually swim here, plus do the other ocean activities which the friendly staff is right there to assist you with. None of the other high end facilities are swimmable but this one is as it is protected enough by the archway at the tip of Baja. It is far enough south of The Office to the point that if you want to walk up in that direction it is a five minute walk, but it is so quite in that non the the people in that area come south on that beach. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone with a level of taste which allows them to indulge in all of the options which Cabo has to offer.

Paradise

Pictures do not do Villa Carissa justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the decor is sensational. The best home away from home ever. Every detail is taken care of. The Hacienda Beach club is the best location in Cabo. The resort is beautiful. You can walk to all the great restaurants, and the staff at Hacienda is second to none. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. I highly recommend this property. We hope to be back soon!!!

Doesn't get any better than this

I highly recommend the Hacienda Beach Club property and this unit in particular. The condo is spacious and luxurious. It is well decorated with high end finishings, furnishings, and art. There is ample natural lighting throughout, as you'd hope to experience on a beach vacation. We enjoyed the ocean lanai and the view of the beach and Sea of Cortez is spectacular. The lanai is covered, which is perfect after a day in the sun, or you can go upstairs for an open air view from the master suite's lanai. The 2 larger master suites are on the 2nd level. They are identical, which is nice if you're sharing with another couple and their family. There are two suites with their own bathrooms on the first level, which is where we had the kids stay. On one side you have an unobstructed view of the ocean, on the other side you have a view of the city and marina. This condo is in building 2, which we found to be perfect; building 1 will be adjacent to louder bars and night clubs to the north; building 5 will be closer to the pool. The marina, restaurants, and town center are within walking distance. The property is gated and staffed by security full time. The pool is very comfortable and even in the height of Spring Break was never over crowded. The pool staff is friendly and attentive and will never let your drink get empty. We liked having the option of setting up either at the pool or on the beach. The fitness club onsite is very spacious and has plenty of machines and dumbells and a squat rack. There is an adjacent smoothie and snackbar. The ocean is swimmable at this location. Swimming areas are roped off and there are lanes between the swimming areas for water taxis, jetskis, and paddle boards. The beach staff can arrange any of these for you or you can walk north and negotiate your own deal a few dozen yards up the beach. I recommend taking a water taxi along the rocks towards El Arco. Your captain will happily drop you off at snorkeling areas, Pelican Rock, and Lover's Beach and will point out interesting features around the Arc to the Pacific side. The concierge staff is very helpful. Take them up on their offer to do the grocery shopping and stock your refrigerator (for us: mostly beer and bottled water), and the kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook.

amazing penthouse villa

I absolutely love this apartment. It is plush and eloquent. When you walk through the door you are greeted with sunshine immediately. Every comfort and luxury I could wish for was present. Everything is brand new and perfect. The view from the balcony is spectacular. My every need seems to be perfectly placed, be it in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room or living area. My husband, 12 year old daughter and myself had the privilege of staying last November. The whole experience was one to remember . The concierge service was unbelievable. They were full of ideas and ever so friendly. The pools were great. You are greeted with smiles and immediately helped to find sunbeds, given towels and umbrellas. Food and drinks available at all times. The beach is beautiful and the water is calm. Our little one could play in the ocean without me feeling nervous. Concierge helped us arrange baby sitting and my husband and I went for dinner a couple of times. Everything is within walking distance, the marina, the mall, and tons of great restaurants. Tip:- if you can visit Ediths. Wow!! As I said I loved the place. I hope I get the opportunity to visit again.

This place is AWESOME! High end & super functional

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The place is incredible - the views are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the closet space a plenty, the kitchen stocked and functional. It was like a super high end hacienda palace that was also super functional. Everything was where it needed to be - plates, laundry room, bathrooms, incredibly comfortable beds and couches. Even the water pressure was great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Plus, the resort is incredible. Super attentive service, great food and drinks, help at all hours!

Incredible Luxury in Paradise

This property is amazing! It's even nicer in person than in the photos. The owner is very responsive and cares and the staff on property was very helpful for recommendations. We almost never left the property. We spent the first half of our honeymoon here and it was paradise. Everything in the property is new and of high quality. Hacienda Beach Club is a well located development, and this Villa had the best of everything, even a private jacuzzi! The views are so wonderful from the ocean view master where we slept. I'm sure I'll never stay anywhere this nice again, as it was a gift from all our family and friends who surprised us, but we enjoyed every minute! Thank you!

People are at the core of all travel experiences, and my active family and I enjoy everything about traveling. I grew up in the action sports business, and enjoy all types of outdoor fitness. Our homes reflect the marriage of the desire to enjoy physical fitness in our surroundings, coupled with play, family time, romance and pure relaxation. Our guests are enjoying this lifestyle that we share through our home, and for this, we have something in common even if we never meet. Our Penthouse is actually the largest of the Penthouse Villas in terms of square feet and indoor/outdoor living area, and is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private Jacuzzi spread out over 2 floors that offer incredible views from all angles. We love that you can get away for a romantic weekend, or take the whole family down for a week long school break. We have the ability to close off the other rooms and make the villa a romantic one bedroom retreat, or it's equally fantastic to bring the family down for the holidays. Hacienda Beach Villa is magical. Hacienda Beach Club and Resorts created retreats that honor the architectural style, but offer them with every luxury. The villa is a true escape from day to day life. Convenient, well located, and with something for everyone, we think Hacienda Beach Villa is the perfect home.

There are very few 4 bedroom penthouse villas for rent in Cabo that capture the pristine ocean views from nearly every room, yet are still located very close to everything. This type of luxury and privacy, adjacent the city, and with all of the amenities of the Hacienda, including 24 hour staff members who are there to make your stay remarkable is very rare. The interiors have been upgraded and professionally decorated and furnished with painstaking details and the staff has been trained to accommodate our guests wishes. Every time I go back, I fall in love again with the special beauty of this property.
