We loved the property. The space was laid out so you had areas to be separated from others if you chose The property had everything you needed and so close to Mayo and restaurants and stores. We definitely would stay here again Andrew and Rose were perfect hosts

We loved Rose’s place, and should we find ourselves in Rochester again will be returning! The location is fantastic! No more than 7 mins from Mayo, 10 from Hy-Vee and the mall, only 5mins from Cub foods, mins from plenty of parks, trails and even a splash pad! The property was clean and has just about everything you could need. What I love best is how much this property felt like a home! There are so many little things that just make such a big difference! Warm fluffy throw blankets to cuddle on the couch, board games to play with the kids, high quality dishes, knives and cookware, thick towels, plenty of parking… So many personal touches that make this home a much better option than a hotel room!

Comfortable accommodations, nice having separate bathrooms per bedroom. Ample parking, easy to find. Our only challenge was dealing with road construction, lol. We got quick responses to our questions from the host. Easy walking access to downtown, and plenty of restaurant options nearby.
