This waterfront Marco Island home was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Everything exceeded my expectations. The home is spacious and clean, with a well appointed kitchen and inviting pool. We rented a big pontoon boat for the day and the kids loved fishing off the dock. As frequent Marco island renters, this home makes the top of my list!

The house was beautiful and in great shape. The pool was definitely a bonus. We had 4 adults come. It was great we all had our own corner of the house. Our adult son enjoyed his pool competition with his dad. Son won!! The e tra items at the house was a score. Enjoyed a few spices and the additional items to get us started. Would definitely come back!!

There were three couples in our party. We were all very happy with the accommodations and enjoyed all the amenities. It was the perfect place to just relax and talk and catch up with each other lives. We all loved the pool area, we enjoyed floating in the pool and watching sports on the lanai tv. One evening as we relaxed in the pool we could see Dolphins feeding in the canal, it was so special! The home was very clean and provided everything we could have needed. The over all experience exceeded our expectations, I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation!

We absolutely loved this house! It had everything we needed, even down to small things that you don't thing of until you are there. It truly felt like the owners thought of everything. It was super clean, stocked well with towels/linens/extra pillows. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had what we needed to make a variety of items. The pool/patio area was perfect. We had 6 adults and we spent a ton of time out there. Both tables outside fit 6 people, the chaise lounge chair was so comfy and got used a ton, and then there are extra chairs on the dock as well that we used a lot. It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, Starbucks, a grocery store, and shopping. We have friends that live on Marco so we will likely visit again and would absolutely stay at this house again. The host was great at answering questions, and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful home with a pool on the canal!

My impression of this property is it is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures on the VRBO .app do not do it justice. The home has everything you need during your stay. Our family really appreciated that it had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers as we spent a lot of time at the beach

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Such a beautiful home with so many amenities! We enjoyed the pool every single day! This trip was a family vacation with 7 adults…celebrating 3 birthdays! I wanted to spend time with all my adult children for my birthday, and it was perfect! We missed 1, but all in all they had a marvelous time! We did have a few hiccups during our stay, yet Liz and Hugh took care of it all! Super great host and we appreciated how they went above and beyond!

One of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. Beautiful home on a canal fully stocked with anything you would need. Kitchen was gourmet, big screen tv and plush couches, great bedding. Dock was awesome, tie up fit my 26' center console no problem. Its about 25 minutes out to Marco Pass. Another 10 minutes to the gulf, or 35 minutes to Goodland. The property manager was great, good communication, and friendly. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

FULLY stocked kitchen, spacious and well decorated rooms 4 girlfriends, 66 years old, friends since jr high. We travel to every other year. This house was PERFECT! Everyone had their own room, we had a washer and dryer to keep our clothes clean, they were plenty of towels for the pool and our showering, the furniture was all clean and comfortable. It was a delightful week and Liz, our host, was easy to communicate with. She always answered my texts promptly. Next time, my husband, my son, daughter-in-law and teen granddaughters want to do a family vacation with us I think we’re gonna come back to this house. It will be perfect. The location was perfect for us to go out on a catamaran and spend a day on the GO CATS over at Goodland. Close to so many good restaurants, make sure you go to the snook Inn Yum Yum.!
