This is also a perfect retreat for fishing, as the house is equipped with fishing gear for guests to use. The house is within 0.5 miles of 2 restaurants with bars for a fun night out. There are 2 ice cream shops and another place to grab coffee in the morning, all within walking distance! The relaxing sound is a short drive away to set up your chair and watch the windsurfers all day or enjoy a peaceful swim in the bay. Whether you're lounging in the enclosed porch or outdoor deck, or exploring the nearby attractions, we hope you enjoy what our place and Avon has to offer.

The best time!

I can’t speak highly enough of our host Nancy! Wonderful lady who takes pride in sharing her little slice of heaven. The house was a perfect size for my family and the location is just perfect. My daughter and pup felt right at home! There is a very peaceful feeling to Nancy’s house. Perfect for getting into town or that very short walk (less than 2 min) to the beach. Thank you Nancy for a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back!
