We wish we had known about the interior issues while you were here, as we would have been happy to help address them right away, including replacing the comforter if needed. We also wanted to clarify that there is a light on the patio ceiling that can be turned on from inside, next to the sliding glass doors. We apologize if the TV instructions were not up to date and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. As for beach chairs, we don’t provide them as a standard amenity in our properties, but sometimes previous guests or owners may leave them behind. If they’re available, guests are welcome to use them, but they aren’t something we’re able to guarantee. We understand your concerns about the size and layout, and you're right—the bunk beds are best suited for children, which is why we don’t include them in the official bed count.
