Välkommen till Pinnacle Port A - 318 som ligger i tornbyggnad.

Bekvämligheter! Bekvämligheter! Pinnacle Port är en fristående resort med flera pooler (inklusive en inomhuspool), bastu, gemenskap, spelrum, träning rum, lekplats, fiske på Lake Powell och Mexikanska golfen, shuffleboard, tennisbanor, och många fler. Pinnacle Port är en gated community med 24/7 säkerhet. Enhet A - 318 är ett radhus stil lägenhet med sovrum på entréplan och kök, matsal, och den på övervåningen. Det är en ett sovrum och en och en halv bad lägenhet med en king size säng, drottning bäddsoffa och en utdragbar enda stol säng. Dessa lägenheter har nyligen uppdaterats med granit bänkskivor i kök och badrum. Mattan på trappan har också uppdaterats.

Det är utanför misshandlad sökvägen ändå bara några minuter från alla attraktioner i natursköna Highway 30A. Ta en enhet ned 30A och se den pittoreska stränderna i Rosemary, Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton och Santa Rosa. Hålla körning väster och du kommer att stöta på Sand Destin - hem för Silver Sands Outlets. Destin är bara lite längre ner på vägen och skryta med många fina restauranger, butiker och andra attraktioner. Den nya Pier Park ligger bara 8 miles away från Pinnacle Port off HWY 98. Det är en unik shopping och matupplevelse.

I’m glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We are right at two miles from Rosemary Beach on Highway 30A and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. The beach is just a walk down the stairs or a ride in the elevator away from the unit. I hope you’ll return again soon!

What a view!! Being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony ( over the parking lot, but could still see the beach), and the ocean views from the kitchen area was stellar!! Easy to navigate to beach/pool. We loved the extra half bath in the living area level. Great value for the money. I rebooked for next year which says a lot.

Enjoyed our stay

This is the second year in a row we have stayed there. Love pinnacle port. Elevators were upgraded which was our main issue the past year. Will stay here again. It’s great for our family.

Very nice condo in a wonderful location! We only stayed a couple of nights, but if you stayed longer and brought groceries and necessities, you literally wouldn’t ever want to leave. So peaceful and quiet, and the scenery is just beautiful! The owner was amazing to work with!

Great beach front location!!

We had a great time on our stay. We had a beautiful beachfront view from the condo and the beds were comfortable. The stores are conveniently nearby & the whole area is family friendly. We definitely will be back next year.

Beautiful views

This condo has great views from the bedroom and upstairs area. It has everything you need to cook a meal. My family of 4 had a great time!

Spring Break 2023

Perfect location for our beach trip. Quiet area to take our family and enjoy the beach and close enough to shopping and attractions to enjoy a day out and about. The views of the beach from the condo were amazing, even on an overcast day.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I can sit at the table and look out at the ocean for hours — the view never gets old. I love the fact that shopping and restaurants are so close by as well. We are about 2 miles from the beautiful beach towns of 30A and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. The outlets of Sand Destin are close by as well. I hope you will return soon!

BFF Getaway

Lots of room for only a 1 bedroom. Awesome views, well stocked, plenty of towels, great views, quiet, 5 min walk to beach using side door.

I agree with you— the views are amazing! It is a nice size condo for a one bedroom. Believe it or not, the two bedrooms are only about 100 more square feet. They just have smaller rooms for the most part. The close proximity to the beach is one of our favorite parts of vacationing there. Look forward to having you back!

Perfect getaway

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The location of the condo and the views from the kitchen and master bedroom were breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. The owner, Kat, was awesome to deal with before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back.

Beach vacation

Property as described, location is amazing. The balcony was great to sit on in the AM & PM. Could use some TLC, some updating, but was very comfortable. The bed is super comfy-slept great every night!

We love the location of the condo! Right on the beach and very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highway 30A is about 5 minutes away, the outlets in Sand Destin are about 25 minutes away, and Pier Park is about 10 minutes away. I really enjoy the balcony in the afternoon. I hope you will come again!

May getaway

The condo was very clean and had everything you might need. Since the condo is on the beach, access was quick and easy. No long wait times for the elevator.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at Pinnacle Port. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The process was very easy and everything went very smoothly. We would definitely stay here again. Love the less crowded beaches at this time of year and the area the condo is located in.

Great location

Perfect location if want to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it if you choose to go! It’s literally right on the beach which made it so easy in the mornings to set up, the condo itself is as described, it is a little older…not fancy but the price reflects that, we really enjoyed our time! My kids cried the last night not wanting to leave!

September vacation

The condo was great. The view from the dining room was amazing. The condo was hot when we got there and took awhile to cool off but finally did!! We had a great weekend. Thank you!

My mom (the owner) retired from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, AL. I (unit manager) am an instructor at Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, AL. My husband is the Director of Athletic Photography at The University of Alabama. We have three children. My brother is the Director of Golf/Head Golf Coach at Florida State University. His wife works in the FSU athletic department with financial aid. They have two children.

Location, location, location! It is a very secluded complex with 24/7 security. It is off the beaten path yet only a stones throw from scenic HWY 30A.

We love the many different amenities that are available at Pinnacle Port. It is a self-contained resort! The girls LOVE the indoor pool and being able to walk directly on the beach from the condo.
