There's room for everyone in this 3752 square foot home- it has a large main level patio with comfortable patio furniture, a big upstairs deck , and there's an amazing rec room with a Ping Pong table, FoosBall and Air Hockey games. Sleeps 10 guests (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 2 doubles in a *bunk bed frame*, a twin mattress with fluffy mattress topper that you can move to any bedroom, and a twin in the fun little nook off of the game room -that one is not a private "bedroom" ). Open floorplan main level makes it easy to gather, cook and socialize. Dining room table seats 8 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. Well-appointed kitchen full of pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, and plenty of dishes and glasses. Situated on almost 7 acres, with a large flat back yard off the patio, you have views of the entire Roaring Fork Valley and the wide Mountain Range. Only 5 minutes to Highway 82, Whole Foods and City Market groceries, the local movie theatre etc... and less than 30 minutes to the ski slopes. Every room in this house is beautiful- with contemporary finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen, and big windows filled with Mt Sopris vistas. Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, two sinks and accesses the upstaris deck. On that same hall, there is a sunny corner bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower bath and access to the upstairs deck. On the other side of the house, in the rec room wing, there is a queen bedroom and also a bunk bedroom with 2 double beds. Comfortable beds in each bedroom- appointed with fresh cotton sheets, comforters with cotton duvet covers, new pillows and fluffy mattress toppers. Linens, towels, guest toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are provided for guests. The home is stocked with board games and many "vacation reads" are piled throughout the home for you to enjoy. 2 car garage for guest use. Wifi internet and 2 tvs that are ready for streaming. PLEASE NOTE: After you have reserved the property online, you will be sent a rental contract to sign. IN THE WINTER, A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE is needed- the driveway is plowed when it snows, but it has some incline on it.

You can’t beat the views, the cleanliness of the house, the house itself!!! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Communication is always amazing; we’ve stayed here two years in a row, and can’t wait to go back! This house has everything you want and more.

We spent 3 weeks in this large, spacious, comfortable home with a breathtaking view of Mt Sopris, and even Maroon Bells in the distance. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Air conditioning worked great and kept up with a July heatwave. The beds and pillows were great. You feel far away from town but it was 8 mins door to door from Whole Foods in Willits. The property manager and handyman responded very quickly to 2 minor issues (small leak in the bathroom & automatic garage door battery needed to be replaced.) By far the most responsive team of property managers we’ve ever stayed with during a rental. Lots of birds and wildlife were a bonus. There is a drought in CO this summer and the deer, rabbits and squirrels drank from small puddles of rainwater on the back deck. The deer often hung out under shade trees on the edges of the yard for hours. It made our stay all the more interesting. While not required, having an AWD/4WD SUV even during the summer months would be best. It’s a steep climb from 82 to get up the mountain even before you arrive to the gravel driveway of the house. In winter, it would be a must. It’s a beautiful vacation rental. Go and enjoy!

What an amazing property! The house was very clean, very spacious and super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the back deck and the beautiful views of the mountains. Very private and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely property. The views of Mt. Sopris were amazing. We enjoyed waking up each morning to the big picture window in the primary bedroom looking right at Mt. Sopris. Some mornings, we were greeted by the resident deer grazing in the yard. If you like to cook, the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, and baking dishes. The beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of space of our grown children and three grandchildren with everyone having their own space. The kids loved the game room!The house is located far enough away from town to give you the feel of being "up on the mountain", but close enough to all the shopping at Willet's to be there in about 10 minutes. It made for very easy day trips to Glennwood Springs, Snowmass, and Aspen as well. Highly recommend this home for your next vacation.
