Great location, just be sure to follow the directions from the host to find the building instead of following GPS as the layout of the buildings is a bit confusing. There's plenty of parking. Check in and out were easy. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Excellent stay! Exactly as described! Very reasonable, clean and comfortable. The manager answered all questions. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good location in scenic Hilo at a reasonable price and within short driving distance of all the fun spots and restaurants in Hilo.

A fantastic place to stay! So conveniently located to downtown Hilo and very close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. The kitchen is a big plus for those that like to eat in rather than eat out. The room with all the amenities i.e., cookware, silverware, full size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and induction cook top and more, were awesome! The air conditioning along with the dehumidifier worked great to reduce the humidity and keep the room cool. Last but no least, the bed very comfortable and the shower was outstanding. I will definitely keep this listing as a Hilo favorite for my next visit.

Staying on the Hilo side you notice a difference in lodging. Hotel is not new and shows it age in the carpets and bathrooms. But it was clean and has AC. Restaurant was good on site.

It was a really quiet and private area. The outdoor seating area was beautiful, we got to listen to the rain while eating breakfast :)

The room was clean and simple, all we needed for a stay where we were out and about the vast majority of the day. The kitchenette came complete with a microwave, dishes, and even an air fryer which was greatly appreciated. Especially the water filter we could put into the fridge to get really cold water. My only complaint was the chicken that apparently roosted somewhere near our building and would scream at all hours of the day and night.

Nicely located, Nicely decorated. Check-in easy. AC non functional, not installed properly, making it useless. This is acknowledged by host. Property should not be advertised as having AC.

Six nice nights in Hilo

Great, centrally located, nice property and everything we needed for our six night stay. Pool area was nice and staying next to the fishpond was amazing.

Great location to explore Hilo, visit Kilauea and waterfalls. Room was clean but older. Parking lot is uneven, be careful. Comfortable bed, great shower. We enjoyed the pool. Nice for our stay in Hilo.

Loved the proximity to the Wailoa River State Rec Area

The condo provided us with a nice, cozy accommodation that suited our needs. The view just a few steps off the doorstep was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the pool and everyone we encountered during our stay was very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay in Hilo!

Everything was good, would be better if the bed pillows were better quality. Very uncomfortable, I ended ended up using a towel as a pillow. Instruction booklet as how to use the counter top oven would be helpful as well. Had to google to find instructions. The room and neighborhood are just as the photos show. Close to town and restaurants. Excellent ramen near by. The tv has Netflix which was nice.

The Pool was great, we liked the feral cats, chickens and ducks roaming the property. It was quiet, close to restaurants and shopping, easy to get to the beaches, downtown and highways. The Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. We didn't use any of the cooking facilities but it was nice to know they were available if we wanted to cook.

Even though the property is a bit dated, the accommodations were nice, clean but a bit noisy. Loved being able to leave the screen doors open, loovered doors closed and listen to the rain all night.

Great Location- close to Edith Kanakaole Stadium

Location was close to Edith Kanakaole Stadium, wish the area of the Villas weren’t as sketchy. Cleanliness could’ve been better. Studio had portable AC but would need to have the sliding door open because of the flex tube. Communications with host was great.
