Welcome to beautiful Driftwood Caye Caulker property, with 4 private studio rooms on the north side of Caye Caulker! This secluded beach front location is perfect for the group of up to 8 people who are seeking a luxurious quiet place to rest and refresh after a full day of adventuring.
Each cabana structure you see in the photos has 2 private entrance rooms with their own staircases leading up each side of the cabana to a sliding door entrance. The shared veranda spaces all have a lovely waterfront view - each room with its own set of deck furniture and hammocks to enjoy that sunset view.
Inside the studio rooms, there is one queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxuriously spacious walk-in shower. A small eating /workspace area with stools is provided with a kitchenette equipped with the basics for preparing your morning coffee, a light breakfast, or reheating last night’s meal. (No doors connecting the units inside)
Outside there is a charming open air shared kitchen space under the palapa roof. Fully equipped with a small cooktop, pots & pans, a charcoal grill and dishes, this kitchen space has everything you need to prepare your own meal, should you bring home that snapper or barracuda for dinner!
Driftwood’s fresh & casual design, along with the included WiFi and extra amenities, like bikes, kayaks and paddle boards, make this the perfect spot to call home on your next Caye Caulker getaway!

My husband Adam and I started visiting Belize in 2019 and fell in love with Caye Caulker. We purchased our water front lot and finally starting building our beach front cabanas a few years later in the spring of 2023.
We currently live in Michigan with our 3 teenage children and are looking forward to retirement when we can split our time between Michigan and Belize! Until then we slip down as often as we can get away… and dream of the future.
We enjoy the activity that Caye Caulker has to offer, but we do relish our peace and quiet; hence the more secluded location of our property.
Although we have hosted many vacation rentals over the years (both on this site and other platforms), this is our first time not being physically present the entire time! It's a new experience for sure!
We hope you enjoy our little slice of paradise as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende
We chose the North side of Caye Caulker because of the more quiet nature of the location, while still having access to all the amenities of Caye Caulker with the proximity of the reef, fishing and other water activities. The North Side is growing rapidly, and property value is continuing to rise!
We have great neighbors close by, all while maintaining a quiet peaceful setting.
4 restaurants are all available within a 10 min bike ride, and there are now 2 small market/grocery options as well.
Of course if you can't get what you need on the North side, just make a 10-15 min bike ride up to the split and hop on one of the little ferries. (Split to Split or Northside) They run back & forth all day and will bring you across with your bike for no additional charge! (Around $2BZ each way - even less if you buy a punch card!)

We built the individual units with a common open-air kitchen thinking of couples (or groups with older children) in mind, as they generally like to eat out more and each enjoy their own space to retreat to at the end of a busy day.
The open air kitchen makes a great gathering place or spot to cook up the fish you brought home from your day of fishing!
We can even arrange someone to cook an authentic Belizian meal for you!
