Celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with her friends and it was perfect!We were able to walk back and forth to Oceans - there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the brick walls made the perfect picture backdrop!

The house exceeded my expectations for my bachelorette party. Plenty of space, high quality towels, bedding, and comfortable beds. The house is at the end of the boardwalk in a great location, quick walk to the Hard Rock. It appears to be a residential neighborhood, quiet nights were a huge plus! Thank you Beth and Kurt for hosting us for my special occasion.

Very cute and cozy

I came here with a group of 5 girls for my sisters bachelorette party. The house was very clean and cozy and spacious. We all loved it. The couches were super comfortable and so were the beds. The check in process was super easy and very well explained. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great house convenient to the boardwalk

Very spacious house in closet proximity to the Oceans Hotel. Being two blocks from Tony Baloney is also a bonus. The property was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of room to spend out. Host communication was great. Would absolutely stay again

Clean place, helpful and accommodating host

Its AC, so temper expectations accordingly. But for being in a neighborhood in a struggling city you can’t do much better as far as location goes. A block from the boardwalk and beach. Close to all the casinos and restaurants. The host, Beth, could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Overall it was exactly what i needed while i was in town.

Bridal Shower

It was a short stay. The house is a little old. I was unable to open the windows and the microwave was broken. We had a plumbing issue, the owner resolved. The place looks good. It had plenty of rooms and bed for the eight people. The owner was very accomdating with the check in time.

Lots of Potential but Disappointing Stay

When staying in Atlantic City, not in a casino or large hotel, it is always important to remember that this is an "up & coming" location. This house was attached to an abandoned home and across from an open lot. It was just a few steps from the beach and very close to Ocean Casino so a prime location. But not matter what, the neighborhood is going to be tricky. At around 10pm at night, the smoke detector on the landing of the 3rd floor started to go off like the batteries needed to be changed. We contacted Beth through cell numbers listed and VrBo communication and got no response. We did our best to reset the detector and took out the batteries but at 1am it started beeping again making it impossible for the house to sleep. We stood on chairs, dangling over railings to try and disconnect the detector. And communicated again with Beth to no response. We disconnected the detector around 3am. Beth did contact us at 4am saying they had changed the batteries which leads me to believe that they knew this was an issue but didn't resolve it. She gave a partial reimbursement & offered us a late check out but we couldn't stay late. Considering this was just one night, it was a huge disappointment. No one slept.On top of this, while everyone was getting ready to leave in the morning, we noticed a leak behind the 2nd floor toilet that was leaking into the shower on the 1st floor so my husband had cold toilet water dripping on him through the light in the shower on the 1st floor.
