Howdy! Make this your home away from home
Our spacious 300 sqft studio is the perfect spot for traveling workers or couples relocating to the Austin area.
The Space:
Our amenities include:
Parking for 1 vehicle
Full sized bed w/ memory foam mattress
Fully stocked kitchen, with pots, pans and all the utensils needed to make your favorite dishes
Full bathroom with oversized mirror, shower/tub combination
In-Unit washer and dryer
55" Roku Smart TV
Keurig coffee station (starter kit included!)
Starter kit w/ washer pods, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags and toilet paper
Guest Access:
You will access the property through the back yard, there will be a combination lock on the gate (combination to be provided 24-48 hrs before check-in day)
Door to the building (garage) and apartment is equipped with electronic locks (code to be provided 24-48 hrs before check-in day)
Other Things to Note:
The studio is on the second floor of a detached garage. There's an independent entrance through the back yard of the main house.
Please note that your lease only grants access to the the indoor space. Yard area and garage are reserved for the main house.
Starter kits are not restocked, it is the resposibility of the guest to supply any extra items not listed on the property description.
Monthly stays include 1 cleaning per month.
This home is BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) our TV is equipped with Roku Guest Mode. Choose your check-out date and it will automatically sign out all your streaming accounts.
Interaction with Guests:
I prefer to keep communications through the app.
