Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for reviewing Seacrest 505. We’re glad the check‑in/out process and location worked well for you. I’m sorry the unit wasn’t up to standard on arrival — sandy floors, dirty dishes, and clogged drains are unacceptable. Housekeeping has been notified to re-clean the unit and we’re reinforcing our checklist to prevent this moving forward. We’ll also inspect the dishware and plumbing to make sure they’re properly cleaned and functioning. I apologize for the slow response via Vrbo chat. We’re reviewing our messaging procedures so arrival information is sent earlier and our team responds more promptly. Regarding the annual maintenance visit, I’m sorry that the timing felt uncertain — we’ve updated our scheduling process so maintenance provides a specific time window in advance and coordinates around our guests’ comfort. Thank you for the feedback. We’ll use it to improve and hope to welcome you back.

Hello Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with the outstanding experience you deserve.

Thank you for staying with Liquid Life and for your feedback. I’m sorry the condo wasn’t as clean as you expected — especially the baseboards, floors, and hair — and that cleaning-product residue caused issues. I also apologize the fan was not working and that you only had four towels and no beach towels. We’ve passed your notes to housekeeping and operations so the cleaning team can be retrained and cleaning products reviewed, and to maintenance to inspect and repair the fan. We’ll also review our towel inventory and add beach towels where possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider us again.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and take this feedback seriously. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. We will have our team inspect and address the issue immediately. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and found our accommodation to your liking. Your suggestions for improvements are appreciated, and we'll certainly consider them for future guests. We hope to host you again in the future!☀️🏝️

Thank you for taking the time to rate your stay. We’re very sorry the unit wasn’t properly cleaned and that the shower drain, microwave, and fan caused problems, and that we didn’t respond quickly. We’ve addressed the cleaning team and had maintenance clear the drain and repair the fan, and we’re reinforcing faster guest communications. We will also review the cleaning fee. We appreciate the 4‑star review and hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life soon.

Thank you for staying at Seacrest 505. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We’re taking these actions immediately: - Schedule a professional deep clean and odor investigation, including drain/trap inspection and sewer line check; remediate any sources of sewage odor. - Inspect HVAC/ventilation and replace filters; check vents for moisture or mold that could carry odors. - Send maintenance to inspect all bathroom plumbing, traps, and seals to locate and repair any leaks or sewer gas entry points. - Remove and replace all bedding and linens that show stains; add mattress and pillow protectors where needed. - Retrain housekeeping, update the turnover checklist, and add a pre‑arrival photographic quality check to prevent repeat issues. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos you can share so we can review your stay in detail and prioritize these fixes. Your feedback helps us improve. Liquid Life
