Was there with my wife and son for youth baseball tournament. Was the perfect 'cottage' for the three of us. Perfect location and the owners have gone the extra mile with the design, amenities and hospitality. If we ever get back to Hattiesburg, we will definitely be staying here.

Our stay was superb! Clean, comfortable, snacks were provided plus wine. All bedrooms were like being at home. Linens were clean! We were so amazed with every aspect. Appliances were up to date! Bath essentials were all in place. We felt secure with our 2 night stay. My 92 year old mother was with us and had her own privacy. Just so appropriate. We sure do appreciate the communication with the property owner. Thanks for the stay. We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I booked a long stay to help take care of my mother in law for about a month. It was close to her house and in a very convenient location close to a grocery store and the hospital. The fenced in yard was perfect for my two dogs and there was plenty of space to set up their kennels. The kitchen had a few staples already in the pantry, and the updated kitchen appliances were nice. The living room was cozy, and the shower had good water pressure. The house itself is very charming with plenty of windows that let in natural light.I did have a problem with the air conditioner not working one day, but Joe got it up and running as quickly as possible. He was very communicative through the whole stay. The only thing I'd suggest improving is getting some blackout curtains for the windows in the bedrooms. They got very warm during the day, and it took a long time for them to cool down once the sun went down, even with the air conditioner running.

Thanks for the feedback. With our recent 100 degree days black out curtains would definitely help. I'll take care of that. Thanks again for the stay.

Booked this based on other ratings on how clean the property was and it was just that, very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were comfy. The linens were quite nice. Everything was in good shape.

Charming Cottage

The host thought of everything. The snacks were welcoming, the beds were comfortable, the fenced backyard was a plus, the bathrooms were well stocked as was the kitchen, and communication was very clear. I felt very safe in the quaint neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the 1940s archetecture of the home. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Hattiesburg.

Amazing host and cottage

The cottage was clean and welcoming. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. Joe is an awesome host. The house was well appointed with coffee and toiletries. Joe even left us a bottle of wine. The stay couldn't have been more perfect. If I could give 6 stars I would.
