Copala Casa 42 “CASA SONIDO DEL MAR“ is a beautiful 2324 square foot airconditioned, luxury 3 bedroom home with 1037 sq ft of outdoor terraces within the gated Copala Community at Quivira’s full ownership community with access to Quivira, Copala, and all Pueblo Bonito resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, restaurants, bar, pay shuttles….)! This home is available as a long term rental (no pets, no smokers sorry), maximum 6 people.

-Living room TV with streaming capabilities and Cabo Internet TV (which includes all major US, Canadian and Mexican channels)

-Quivira has an independent reverse osmosis water treatment system (not city water), plus extra filter systems at homes and on fridge dispensers where applicable. Many guests still choose to use bottled water for drinking, mostly for taste and peace of mind.
NOTE: We live in a desert environment and water is limited. Our homes are on a cistern system that has limited capacity. Excessive use of water from showers or other water consumption may cause temporary loss of water supply until the cistern refill occurs from the desalination plant.

We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.
