This 3 bedroom 2 bath property is just across the street from the beach. Our home offers 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, & 2 twins all with large closets. There are two living room areas to provide the space you need to accommodate all guests. Each living room has a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping options, a 50" TV downstairs and 32" upstairs, and upstairs has an additional eating area as well as access to the balcony. Both bathrooms are equipped w/showers, hair dryers, and essentials for your convenience. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy a serene sunset directly from the 2nd floor balcony. The balcony is set up for sunbathing, viewing sunsets, or even enjoying a meal.
A beautiful salt water pool feels like an oasis from your everyday life. Mature landscaping and palm trees add to the tropical aesthetic that all beach goers desire.
Stroll down the street to fish off of the dock or take a quick walk down to Bridge St & sample Bradenton Beach's eclectic restaurants & shops with no need to worry about finding or paying for parking. It's easy to catch the trolley or hop on the Gulf Island Ferry to Anna Maria Pier and view all the island has to offer.
Looking for a peaceful night in, fire up the grill or use the full kitchen to cook a delicious meal. The covered patio is a great place to eat and large enough to enjoy everyone's company.

*There is a 3 car maximum at this home. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional $25 per day pet fee associated. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged* Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. You are fully responsible for your pet. Sunset View owner holds no responsibility for pets. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
