Cozy, clean and comfortable. Stayed here and went to Sea World. Loved the cute neighborhood, charming screened in porch and proximity to stores and restaurants. Loved it! The one issue was the thresholds between bedrooms was not a smooth transition from carpet to tile and I stubbed my toe pretty bad. Would definitely stay here again. Very responsive host as well.

Great Place to Stay at good cost.

Great Themed house with comfortable beds. Don is quite reachable and helpful. Need some TLC on appliances - Washer & Dishwasher.Over all great Stay !

Great House

The property was ideally located, offering convenient access to stores, restaurants, and major highways. The house was well-equipped with excellent amenities, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally responsive and courteous. I would gladly stay here again.

This was a very cozy stay! The beds were comfy and the towels were thirsty! We enjoyed the screened-in back porch immensely! This was a great, relaxing stay.

Best experience

We traveled to say goodbye to my uncle, who is terminally ill. This absolutely amazing house was a comfort to us in this difficult time. The hosts are wonderful, and were very kind. The house though - we want to go back just to hang out there! They even had my favorite artist on the wall by the bed, Robert Wood Johnson. This is my favorite Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in.

Very nice, excellent choice!

Very well decorated. We really enjoyed the separate living areas, i.e. the living room, the outdoor screened dining area and the backyard. We were here for the December holidays. It was perfect. Kitchen well stocked to cook anything :). We would go back with no hesitation.

Traveling with pet & 89 yr old mom

Great location for our short visit with family who live less than 5 minutes away. Don & Cheri’s home has so much character, extremely clean & they provide everything you can imagine. We travel with our dog & she really enjoyed the spacious & beautiful backyard. Thank You for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, it was a very relaxing visit with a homy vibe.

Great house in a great neighborhood.

Very nice three bedroom house with a screen porch and outdoor deck with yard and privacy fencing. Great decor. Nice kitchen appliances (didn’t use the dishwasher) and plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and serving pieces. Coffee too. Comfortable bed with huge master bath. Pet friendly was much appreciated for our cat.

Excellent!

Property was immaculately clean. Nice cozy home close to everything in San Antonio. Great backyard and deck with a screened in porch made it especially nice. Pet friendly was a bonus. The host was super attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us.

San Antonio Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The host was attentive and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was within driving range of many of the activities we were doing with our grandchildren. We would recommend this property for a stay in San Antonio.

Great stay/Getaway

This home was great for a quick trip to San Antonio/Sea World for our 5 year old. House was clean, and Don was great! I would highly recommend this home for any families traveling to San Antonio.

Cozy getaway

Our family enjoyed the home and all the musical decor. Easy to get around the northern part of San Antonio. The variety of birds and playful squirrels, were a joy to watch. Bedrooms were all comfortable and bathrooms updated. The screened in back patio was nice, but we hit 90 degree weather while there, so mostly enjoyed after dark. Owners are great communicators. Overall a really nice place.

Nice house, great host.

Don was very communicative both before and during our stay. Two of us stayed at this house for the April 2024 Eclipse. The house is in a nice Suburban neighborhood and is very clean. Even though we only used one bedroom, it's definitely big enough for groups or a family. Everything is well stocked and has all the comforts of home. The screened in patio and yard are the highlights in my opinion. The weather was perfect during our stay and I enjoyed some quiet time there in the morning. I saw another review complaining of bugs. It's Texas, there are bugs. That's what the screened in patio is for. The River Walk area is less than a half hour drive and it's not too terribly far off of I-10 for easy access. You get a single car garage spot. Be careful because it's a single car garage door and it's a bit tight. Don was kind enough to let me charge my car while there. The dryer is located in the garage and it's a NEMA 10-30 receptacle.

Close to Sea World and had what we needed

This was a nice place for us to stay as a family for going to Sea World. Rooms for both kids and for adults. Some minor things came up during our stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent property

We were in the area for my son’s competition. The home is exactly as described. Very clean and very well stocked with needed supplies. In a quiet well maintained neighborhood. Loved the music decor.
