The property has an open floor plan. The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a comfortable bed for additional sleeping space, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads you onto a furnished balcony with a pool view.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave, to cook delicious homemade meals. For added convenience, the studio has a washer, a drying rack and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is also an outdoor cinema and kids' play area where children can have fun and spend quality time with you. On the first floor, a majestic pool awaits you.

A spacious gym equipped with treadmills, rowing machines, training benches, stationary bicycles, barbell sets, and several other accessories will help you stay fit while you're away.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
