Welcome to luxury mountain living in this brand new one bedroom condo located in the heart of the popular Spring Creek community in downtown Canmore. Surrounded by two mountain creeks with tranquil streamside pathways, the location is perfect for some quiet relaxation while being a short walk away to the vibrancy of downtownâs Main Street. Indulge in comfort and style in this well-appointed unit with a king bedroom, full kitchen, in unit laundry, and huge balcony with stunning mountain views.
The Space:
This is a brand-new building. Landscaping may not be completed by the time of your stay. While construction on this building is complete, there is still construction occurring on the neighbouring buildings and as a result some construction noise may be heard during the daytime hours. Prices reflect the current state of the surrounding area.
With free underground parking, a fitness room, outdoor hot tub and more this is the perfect spot for couples, friends or individual travellers to enjoy the perfect mountain getaway.

We use locally made all natural products from Rocky Mountain Soap Company. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash.

Gas range. Keurig coffee maker (pods provided to get you started). All essentials for home cooking.

Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Getting Around:
Our unit comes with one underground parking stall and there is also free street parking alongside the building and surrounding area.
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtownâs Main Street is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options.
Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).
