1 MILE FROM BEACH! This complex is a exquisite 1 story building with only 4 total units. The layout of the units feature a very modern kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. "Weekend Getaway Address" Located in Ft lauderdale Walk to all the trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. Book today and enjoy your stay with us!
Wifi & Cable included in every unit. The layout of this studio unit features a very modern European kitchen, bathroom and amenities for the comfort of the tenant. Fully furnished with washer and dryer. Unit #4 is a beautiful 300 square foot Studio. Available for nightly/weekly short term stays.

Its nice not have to make a check-in and check-out entry every time you are going out as in the case of hotels. You also get to know more about the Ft lauderdale culture, lifestyle, and norms of the tourist destination by staying in one of our accommodations as it gives you a chance to interact with local people living nearby.
When in a hotel you just get to touch the surface level of a place without getting an insight of the real life.

- Please be courteous of the property and the unit itself. If there is any damage done or questions about something you are unaware of, we are available at your convenience 24/7 respectively.
- Please refrain from having any parties in the unit.
- Parking is conveniently located in front of the property labeled UNIT 4 and GUEST. Two Parking spaces are included with your stay.
-Security cameras are located on the exterior of the dwelling for your safety and our safety 24 hours a day.
- Please refrain from having open lit flames in the unit or on the exterior of the property. (Candles, fires, etc)
-Garbage will be removed by our cleaning services. If you have excess amount of garbage there are bins in the front south end of the property where you can discard of any excess trash.
- PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF FLUSHING IMPROPER MATERIAL IN THE TOILET TO PREVENT BACK UP OR BLOCKAGES. DAMAGES WILL BE REFLECTED ON GUEST.
-Furnishings and anything in the unit shall remain in the unit and not be taken. Guest will be charged if anything is missing.
- Guest(s) shall herby indemnify and hold harmless the owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regarding of nature of the accident , injury or loss.
- Please respect the safety and well being of those staying at the property. Anyone found in violation will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- No smoking in the unit. A fee of $300 will be charged to the guest for additional cleaning fee.
- The host and or homeowner is not responsible for any personal belongings left by the guest and or anyone else staying in the unit. We will be accommodating if something was left mistakenly and will arrange to return those items.
-If there is anything we can do to make your stay better please do not hesitate to reach out! We want to ensure all of our guests feel like all their needs are being met.
