Inviting waterfront bungalow on Lake Missaukee all-sports lake with plenty of space for everyone in your multi-family group to relax with 5 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 full beds, 3 queen beds, twin bed, and bunk bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub, shower, and towels for added convenience. The additional living room space and walkout basement living space complete with 2 sofa beds, provides a cozy spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, large island, open concept with direct access to the large 320sqft deck with breathtaking views of the lake, beach and amazing sunsets. Additional amenities include beach firepit, basketball hoop, paddle boards, lily pad for the lake, beach volleyball, and board games. The home is on a quiet street in Lake City 1.5 miles to downtown where you can enjoy the largest cones in the north at Tasty Treat, local coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, ski resorts, and less than an hour to Traverse City.
Escape to this recently updated beach house setting with every convenience from air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat screen smart TVs with cable, and plenty of room to relax with the whole family. Linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and first use paper products provided. Arrive ready to hit the beach, sunbathe, fish, and enjoy the outdoors. Summer months are great for beach, swimming, fishing, boating, and grilling with the family. Fall months are awesome for nearby wine tours and fall color tours in nearby wine country in Traverse City. Winter months enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, ski/snowboarding at all the nearby ski resorts.

The Belen family is from Southwest Michigan and have been visiting Lake City, MI for many generations over 60 years. There are several family owned properties on the lake and were so happy when blessed with the opportunity to own a slice of this inviting location and be able to share with others. We have always loved to gather and enjoy extended family time together.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This town is something special. Everyone is helpful and easy going. Our favorite past time is enjoying the sandy beachfront, soaking up the sun, and swimming in the lake. We love the local ice cream spot, Tasty Treat where you can enjoy the largest cones in Northern Michigan. It has a great up-north vibe for the whole family to enjoy.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The property has a stylish coastal aesthetic that is clean and crisp. Plenty of room for multiple family getaways and is right on the beach with shallow waters for safe family fun. We love grilling on the Blackstone and enjoying nightly sunsets and campfire smores.
