Beautiful and renovated 1925 Spanish colonial home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in law suite located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the pool. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 15 minute walk to Hollywood beach. Parking for 2 cars maximum in back driveway. Free street parking in front of property.
The house has:
- Large living room with 65" smart TV
- Office with view of the heated pool
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Dining room
- Master upstairs bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and a 50" smart TV
- Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and a 39" smart TV
- Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a 39" smart TV
- Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a 50" smart TV
- Backyard with BBQ, seating, dining and pool
- Laundry closet
- 3 Full bathrooms (one with tub, two with showers)
