This newly renovated Lake Martin home is located in Little Kowaliga. It is nestled on a beautiful slough between Parker Creek and Real Island, close to serveral marinas, restaurants and various activities at Russell Crossroads. This is the perfect escape for families and friends.
-2.3 m car ride to Parker Creek Marina and the restaurant, The Landing
-5 m car ride and 5 minute boat ride to Real Island Marina
-15 min boat ride to Kowaliga's and 15-20 min boat ride to Russell Crossroads

Our house is in a great location situated between Parker Creeek and Real Island in what is known as Little Kowaliga.

Both my husband and I grew up in the southeast enjoying our summers on Lake Martin and Lake Eufaula. We consider the lake to be one of our happy places in life where we can rest and unwind amidst plenty of adventure. We look forward to seeing you enjoy your time at Water's Edge as well making memories to last a lifetime.
