Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as one assigned parking spot in the parking garage.
This condo has one of the best locations in the building and with its very own EV charger! On the east corner of the ground floor, the unit is directly across from the Rendall park beach, accessible from the patio door.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, and nearly every room boasts stunning views of Harrison Lake. The primary bedroom features a comfortable, new queen bed and an ensuite with a luxurious rainfall shower. The second bedroom, located across the hall from the second bathroom, also has a comfortable, new queen bed with crisp linens. A full size pullout couch in the living room provides additional sleeping space, perfect for two kids or one adult.
Relax in the living room or on the extra-large corner deck while enjoying the picturesque views of Harrison Lake. For entertainment, a SMART TV with high-speed internet access is mounted above the fireplace. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout. It also offers an assigned parking stall with an EV charger. With easy access to both the Harrison Lagoon and Lake, outdoor adventures are just steps away.
There is one assigned underground parking stall with a Flo EV charger. Additional free parking is available across the street if required.
The condo features two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one pullout couch in the living room. The pullout couch is approximately the size of a double and is great for kids, but primary best for only 1 adult.
The Oasis at Harrison Lake is Harrison Hot Springs newest, short-term rental building in the Village. Please keep in mind that at Harrison all lakefront condos are across the street from the water. While our building is the closest you can get to the water, it is a short walk across the street to either the Lagoon, or the lake at Rendall Park.
Throughout the winter season, some shops and cafes such as Muddy Waters might be closed, but most restaurants, the mineral pool and Harrison Resort Spa are open.
