Kitchen + Lounge
The compact kitchen offers everything needed for home cooking, plus Keurig + drip coffee makers. A dining table for 4 is perfect for meals in. Relax in the open-concept living room with oversized sectional, velvet cubes, and Smart TV — or just enjoy the sound of the river.

2 cars can park for free in the driveway. Additional parking within the subdivision is available on a first-come, first-served basis in two designated "guest parking" areas located at the start of the cul-de-sac.
- Cozy by design: The cabin offers 500 sq ft of thoughtfully designed space. If you prefer lots of room to spread out, a larger home may be a better fit.
- Primary bedroom: No closet door, but includes a hanging rack, two nightstands with drawers, and two luggage racks for easy storage.
- Loft access: Reached by steep, narrow stairs (21 in wide) with step grips for safety. Best for agile guests.
- Peaceful community: Neighbors are quiet and respectful. For this reason, parties are not permitted.
- Flexible check-in/out: Early check-in (2pm) is available for $50; late checkout (12pm) for $30. Please inquire about availability.
- Rental Agreement: To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages.
- Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction.

Hi, I’m Ami Pierce. I live in Atlanta, GA with my partner Casey and his daughter. I am an avid traveler and have visited 53 countries and counting. Thailand is next on the list at the end of the year.
I’m also incredibly passionate about designing and building beautiful homes. It was a hobby for most of my life until I realized it could be my career. I recently hung up my hat in corporate to become a full time entrepreneur. My first venture has been to completely renovate our family cabin and offer it to rent for my guests. It is such a magical destination and I’m so excited to get to share it with others. Getting to hear people’s excitement during and after their stay fills me with so much joy. I imagine it’s kind of like how an artist feels when someone is touched by their work.

This neighborhood is pure magic - truly! When I bought it I had just taken on a big role at my former company and I would get so stressed during the week. I could feel the tension melting the moment I drove into the neighborhood. It’s instant stress relief and relaxation. It’s also pretty spectacular to have a home that’s only 50 feet from the water. They don’t let you build them that close anymore so I jumped at the opportunity while it was there. :-)

My property is unique because it’s a cabin in the woods with a modern design flair. Most cabins are rustic and full of wood. Not mine - it is bright and is designed with the intent of allowing you to take in the river and beautiful views of nature from every corner.
It’s also unique because I designed and built it from my imagination and selected each piece of furniture and art based on how I wanted people to feel in the space.
