Ainât That A Beach is a charming and memorable vacation home nestled in a peaceful Surfside Beach neighborhood, just a short walk, bike ride, or golf cart trip to the pedestrian beach, public boat ramp, Jetty Park, playground, splash pad, fishing spots, and more.
Designed with beach lovers in mind, this cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is filled with thoughtful details to help you unwind and enjoy every moment.

Guests may only park on the driveway or under the house. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
Damages to grass or underground piping caused by improper parking will result in reimbursement charges.
A $300.00 security deposit âHOLDâ will be processed 2 days prior to check in from the owners online booking platform. You will need to provide them with a credit card for this transaction âholdâ. This is just a hold and will not be collected unless there are rule violations, damages to the property or guests do not follow the check out instructions. Please message us if you have any questions with regard to the security deposit. We are happy to help.

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental companyâwe are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in needâand thatâs how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us specialâfamily, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
