Hi! Iâm a proud mother of two amazing adult sons (24 and 33) and someone who has always had a deep love for hospitality. My years as an airline manager and destination representative for different airlines, taught me how important it is to feel truly welcomed when youâre far from home.
I moved to the United States in search of better opportunities for my children, but I never lost touch with my Dominican rootsâor my desire to share them. Thatâs why I created these spaces: not just to host guests, but to offer a warm, authentic, and truly local experience.
What makes this so special is that I grew up on this very street and lived here for 50 years. My parents, now 88 and 79, still live next door, and most of our neighbors have been here just as long. Itâs more than a neighborhood â itâs a close-knit community where everyone knows each other like family.
I want my guests to feel that same warmth. You can enjoy a traditional Dominican breakfast or lunch prepared by a neighbor, stroll the streets where I played as a child, shop at the market, visit the local barbershop, or simply relax with a cold beer â just like we do here.
For me, hosting is about more than offering a place to stay. Itâs about sharing home, culture, and genuine connection. My goal is always to make sure you feel safe, welcome, and part of something real.

Itâs a neighborhood I know by heart, where I know people look out for one another, and most importantly, where I know my guests will feel safe, welcomed, and embraced by the warmth of Dominican culture.
