Welcome to this charming house in Seligman. This pleasant property features 3 cozy bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes to accommodate all guests. The 2 bathrooms offer modern amenities like a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak. With 2-car garage, AC, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. Relax in the private backyard with BBQ, patio tables/chairs, firepit and hammock. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Please note that we have one exterior security camera above the garage door that records movement in the driveway and street.

Great stop

We had been looking forward to the Railroad house as we planned our trip to Ca. Knew the history of the man who had it built. The house did not disappoint neither did the property owners. We asked her for an earlier check-in with no extra warning for her and she kindly went over to help her cleaning people so she could honor our request. The house is exactly as advertised you will no be disappointed the beds are great too. We will rent it again for sure.

Charming hs route 66 seligman az

The host Teressa was very helpful. And was on standby for any questions or issues i may have had. House was exacatley as advertised on VBRO website. Rained while we were there so access to the 2 car garage was very helpfull to not have to get 93 yr old mom out in rain.
