Nestled in Miraflores, this delightful apartment boasts 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. With modern amenities like a hair dryer, iron, washing and dryer machines, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in style. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials you need. Come experience the charm of this lovely space during your stay.
This condo's best feature is its centric location! Walk to the Ovalo Larco, Kennedy Park, and Larcomar, or stroll to Malecon Cisneros and the Pacific Ocean coastline. One block to Vivanda, banks, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and shopping centers. With an open-concept American style, this spacious two-bedroom condo has more than ample space to make you feel relaxed, cozy, safe, and right at home. Once in Berlin, you will fall in love with everything it has to offer. Location, location, location!
My Berlin condo is ideal for those looking for great adventures in Peru or for business/work-related travel. I have decorated the condo for my personal use and I consider it tasteful and inviting, based on Peruvian decor; yet, keeping the American comfort feel. With a population of more than 10 million people, Lima is a vibrant city and Miraflores is the core of the best of coastal city living! Although not unbearably noisy, you are definitely not in the countryside so expect the sounds of city living. If you love cities like Rome, Paris, Copenhagen, Madrid, London, or New York, you will love Miraflores! It is the finest in Peru's city living!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I grew up in Monterrico, part of what is today the US Embassy was my family's land. It was a tranquil area in the 70's and Miraflores was always "the City." Today, Monterrico has sprawled into an exciting suburb yet Miraflores remains as the heart of the city. Living in Miraflores is comparable to living in Manhattan ... everything is within reach in no time!

Location, location, location! Those who have visited large cities like New York, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Beijing, Johannesburg, Marrakesh ... know that there is a price to pay. You are no longer in the quiet of the country or even the suburbs. City noise might be a nuisance but it comes with the convenience of walking anywhere in the city, including a pub or club at night.
