Location, location, location!

Parkera bilen, ta på dig sandaler och öppna upp en flaska vin. Låt vårt centralt belägna, egenbyggda hem i hjärtat av den pittoreska, idylliska byn Naramata fungera som hem för dig och din familj och vänner medan du utforska och upptäcka allt som Okanagan har att erbjuda. En lätt promenad eller promenad tar dig till varje landmärke och rekreationsområden i Naramata inklusive stranden. Njut av den pittoreska, slingrande kör längs Naramata Bench din Gateway till Central Okanagan och mer än 100 vingårdar i området.

Custom byggt tre sovrum hem med den. Bekvämt rymmer sex vuxna (3 par) och två barn. Ljus, öppen, luftig och höga interiör, alla sovrum är på övervåningen med välvda tak och queen size-sängar. Det helrenoverade huvudsakliga Badrummet är din oas och spa i väntan. Vardagsrummet ligger på bottenvåningen.

Stort öppet kök ansluts till solig matplats som rymmer åtta vuxna bekvämt, armbågsrum att spara! Separat den med datorn kan användas för "arbete" eller fungera som fjärde sovrum (ingen säng). Mysig söderläge familjerum sveper upp erfarenheterna med braskamin och nöjescentrum.

Det finns en separat, 2nd underhållning område (TV, DVD och Spelkonsol) på den övre nivån speciellt för barnen. En rulla säng fungerar som en dag soffa och ger två enkelsängar. En bärbar spjälsäng finns också.

Trägolv överallt. Rena och moderna möbler, med en antydan till land och gammaldags charm. Inget trassel eller vintage inredning - löfte.

Stor (100 flaska) privat vin kylskåp att säkert lagra och visa dina minnessaker från lokala vingårdar.

Stora front uppfart kunna rymma RV eller husbil, plus båt och trailer och flera bilar. Vatten och Hydro hook-ups tillgängliga (ta med egna ackord / slangar).

Gorgeous place

A lovely, clean, comfy, quaint house. We loved sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine (from the many wineries, some in walking distance) watching the birds and smelling the flowers. Cute coffee shop 3 mins walk away. Very well stocked kitchen, some nice touches on check in. Very responsive and helpful owner, quiet neighbourhood. We'll definitely stay here again.

Amazing visit

My partner and I recently got married in Naramata and Edens cottage was the perfect place for friends of ours to stay. The house was so clean and the backyard was lush and peaceful, the perfect place for an afternoon barbecue. My friends felt very at home there and we will definitely be back in the future! Martin was very communicative and made the check in and out process simple and straightforward.

Super séjour

Nous étions 3 couples dans notre famille et la maison de Martin nous a beaucoup plu. Nous avons pu utiliser le BBQ ce qui a été très apprécié. La communicable avec Martin était facile et il a toujours essayé de nous aider. Très beau cottage. 5/5

Lovely house in a great location

Went for a women's get-away weekend for 3 nights, went to farmer's market, got picked up for a wine tour and had a great time. A bit cold for a hike, but it was a comfortable place to hang out and visit.....and of course drink gin and wine.

Needs a deep clean

The location of the home is great, close to town and a short drive to great wineries. The home is well stocked for the most part, we did however need to buy a few basics like tissues even though the instructions book mentioned there should be some. Access was easy, we received the lock code shortly before arriving after having to prompt the owner. The real problem was cleanliness. Overall the house was filthy. Most surfaces had been wiped down, but the floors were dirty, there was mildew build-up around the faucet and drain in the bathtub, the couch and armchair were filthy (not the white ones in the listing photo), and the list goes on... The worst offender was the coffee table (different than in listing photo), which when I touched had sticky who-knows-what all over it. I had to spend a couple hours on arrival cleaning several areas, which was frustrating as i'd paid a cleaning fee and the fact that there's still a pandemic :( Outside on the patio there are nice looking grape vines - unfortunately they've not been tended to, and leave tons of grapes all over the patio, table and chairs making the area unusable. This is likely due to the nightly visits from racoons who arrive for a meal. The grapevines are so overgrown and intrusive they're damaging the home. We did a daily grape sweep, but all the ones crushed into the patio need to be pressure washed. I also used some pruning shears to cut back some vines to make accessing the back door easier. There's a playhouse in the backyard for kids which was nice. But again, I had to clean it out before the my children could enjoy it.

Great to be in the village!

A perfect place for a family with children who like to go to the beach, have ice cream and ride bikes. And without having to use the car. Hope to come back next year! The house had everything we needed.

Awesome place and location

This is such an amazing place to stay in the middle of wine country. The owner was excellent to deal with and we could not be happier with our stay. If you want a real cool place to stay while doing wine tours on the Naramata Bench, I would strongly advise this place. Half a block from a great coffee shop for breakfast and then enjoy the rest of your day doing wine tours. Then the evening on a great patio. We had many quail come and visit in the back yard in the evening.

A Lovely Stay in Naramata

We had a good week at Eden Cottage. The house was spacious and comfortable with an excellent location in the village. Manitou Park which is a short walk, was a great place for swimming and relaxing in the warm weather. And there seem to be an endless number of wineries close by to visit. Thank You Martin, who was most helpful during our stay.

Perfect Location

We were looking for a place which was close to both the shops and the beaches this summer and Eden Cottage was exactly that. With ample room for our party of 7 and at a reasonable price point, we really could not have asked for more. The property owner was quick to respond to our needs and was pleasant to deal with as well.

What a wonderful little cottage and a great place to hang out with friends. Super central. Super comfy beds and a perfect location. There was a village garage sale this weekend which was a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful home - perfect for our group!

We had a fantastic time at Martin's home - the house is bigger then it looks from the photos and the rooms have amble space for luggage, etc. - especially the large master bedroom with walk in closets. The back deck with the grape vines was the perfect spot for our evenings and our kids had lots of fun in the back yard.

Great stay

Wonderful stay. Great location right in the village of Naramata, we loved being able to walk to a coffee shop,great general store, the beaches, and dinner at the Historic Naramata Inn. Wineries are also just a couple of minutes drive. The house was great for our family, it was well appointed with everything we needed, and very comfortable. Martin was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the bottle of Prosecco!

Adorable

Great location for Naramata... clean, bottle of champagne and 4 glasses greated us! Walked to a pub and the Inn. Fun girls getaway. Perfect for wine tours.

Amazing Little Cottage, can't wait to go back.

We were so impressed with this place, very clean and had everything we needed to make our girls weekend away unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home type feel. Everything was walking distance, coffee shops, pub, liquor store, not to mention all the wineries in the area. The beach was really close and there are SUP rentals just down the street. The owners were very easy to deal with and we will definitely be back next year :) total Gem!

Couples and Wine getaway

fabulous house, had everything we needed. Naramata is beautiful and in the midst of some of best wineries in the world. Vanilla Pod restaurant just up the road is great for dining out. The owners were friendly and easy to deal with. We'll be back....

Can't wait to return!

6 girls on a weekend trip to celebrate a birthday and visits the wineries. Perfect place for it. We spent most of the time around the large dining table. Everything was very clean. Walked to the beach, market and pub. Owners were very helpful and personable. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Location, Location, Location!

Our family parked the car and barley drove for 7 days. We walked to the beach, we walked to the market and we walked to the restaurants. Everything is that convenient. Naramata is truly a gem. A beautiful escape from the typical day to day craziness! The only time we got in the car was for a quick grocery store reload and to restock our wine. We have been traveling to the Okanagan for years and feel the best wine available is just minutes away from this location. The house is 100% family friendly and has a super big yard. We will definitely be back!

We will be back

This property exceeded all our expectations. We had a family gathering and this was our home away from home for six days of biking, hiking, water boarding, cooking, wine tasting and relaxing. The property is spacious, well situated, convenient and beautiful. And we loved the wine fridge for collecting our purchases from the many wineries. We loved sitting on the back porch in the evening with all the fairy lights and talking about our day. . The pictures on the site do not reflect the warmth and spaciousness of the cottage. We are already planning a return vacation for next year. Thanks to the owners for sharing this special place. We are so grateful.

Fantastic!

We were a group of four women visiting Naramata for a girls' wine weekend. This was the perfect place to stay! The house is large, clean and comfortable. The back porch with the trailing vines is a perfect place to sit on a warm evening. The location is conveniently near the Wharf Park and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Harvest Party at Wine Lovers Oasis

6 of us had a thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable thanksgiving weekend. The house is delightfully furnished with plenty of room for socializing, dining or just relaxing. Located within a short distance of the amenities of Naramatta village as well as beautiful lake front parks, walking paths and a quiet but friendly neighbourhood. Short driving distance to Naramatta wineries, many of which you could walk to.

5 STARS !!

Perfection! My extended family and I (total of 4 adults and a 2.5yr old) had such a wonderful stay in Naramata and this was in no small part to how nice and comfortable the "Wine Oasis" VRBO was. Not only was the location great, but the backyard (and access to young kids toys no less), kitchen area and bedrooms were all that you'd expect in your dream home - This place isn't decked out with someone's ancient furniture, this was a relaxing get-away. And Naramata is the place to be for great wine, quiet reflection, and family laughs (i.e. there was 10 people at the lovely beach... on a Saturday!). Thanks for the great stay!

Absolutely Relaxing!!

We have rented numerous vacation homes in the past ... this was the most relaxing experience from our first contact though to checkout. The home itself was in a perfect location within the town of Naramata; park your car and walk the rest of your stay. Everything within comfortable walking distance from the beach, to Bistros and the convenience store. Your home was very clean and we loved making meals in the kitchen while sipping on our wine; your wine cooler was perfect! There were 3 of us who made the trip but we could have easily slept 6. Loved the oversize BBQ as well for the steaks. Ron & Kim

Quiet, relaxing and fun-filled getaway!

We had a fabulous time at this location. Naramata is a quiet village with enough to offer to keep you busy in the area. We toured some Wineries, relaxed at the beach, walked/cycled the KVR trail and dined at some local restaurants. We really liked the fact that you could walk around the streets and feel very comfortable and safe. Naramata itself is small, but that is exactly what makes it great! Wednesday night market, Jazz at The Hotel and a few local shops were some things we took advantage of. Penticton is less than 30 minutes away, so you can do an easy day trip for beach options or boat rentals etc. Lots of shopping options and activities there as well. As for the place itself...........EXCELLENT. Lots of space, big yard and well equipped. I highly recommend.
