Vackert och rymligt anpassat hem i Pinetop Country Club-området som erbjuds som semesteruthyrning. Tre sovrum nere, stor Loft / 4 sovrum som också fungerar som ett barn lekrum på övervåningen med spelkonsol, dubbelsäng, våningssängar (dubbel) och ett separat badrum. Detta anpassade hem byggdes 2008 och har en mycket öppen planlösning. Nedervåningen är vardagsrummet och köket, trägolv, bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror. De stora sovrummen har en king size-säng, stor TV och ett badrum med dubbelt duschhuvud och tillgång till veranda. Också nere finns ytterligare två sovrum med en queen size-säng och en dubbelsäng och separat badrum och badkar. På övervåningen finns ett 4: e sovrum eller barnparadisloft med dubbla våningssängar, en dubbelsäng, spelkonsol (X-Box) och separat badrum med dusch. En stor veranda, däcksvängning och en extra stor veranda med grill och gungor som ser ut över trädgården med en eldgrop och trampolin. Det finns ett tvättstuga och ett stort två bil garage.

Huset ligger nära staden med lätt tillgång till nationalskogen och bara 20 minuter till skidorten Solopgång för vinterskidor och sommarvuxen (Zip Fodring och Mountainbike Riding / Hiking). Endast 10 miles till Hawley Lake för sjö eller flodfiske.

Hyresgäster kommer också att ha tillgång till närliggande gemenskapscenter som har en uppvärmd pool, badtunnor, tennisbanor, basketplan och andra aktiviteter för familjen. Användning av gemenskapscentret kräver en separat minimal avgift som betalas av hyresgästen vid tidpunkten för användning.

Perfect setting

Very convenient to The Gathering Place where we attended a family wedding. Loved the back yard and deck. Also, close to the trail system in the area.

Great location for our ski trip to Sunrise

Beautiful house with all the amenities in a great location. This house was perfect for our family. The upstairs bedroom was great for the kids with plenty of beds and space.

Beautiful home in the pines

Had a great time in this well equipped home. The kitchen had most everything we needed and the house was very comfortable and cozy. Would definitely recommend this one. Easy access to Pinetop-Lakeside and the White Mountain lakes.

Great ski trip to Pinetop

Check-in and set-up was quick and easy, and the garage made bringing groceries/supplies in ice-free and convenient. Property is clean, roomy, and beautiful, with a large open space behind the house that's perfect for building snowmen and generally hanging out in the snow. It was an excellent base for skiing at Sunrise, and Nick was a fantastic host. Looking forward to next year's trip!

A “Cool“ Getaway

We had a wonderful time in the cool pines. The neighborhood was very peaceful and had plenty of walking areas and trails nearby. Both the front and back decks are perfect for relaxing, reading, and chatting. We had all of our meals on the back patio each day. This was our 2nd time here and we will return again.

Perfect space

2 families with 4 kids 4-9 years years old stayed to ski sunrise. We got fresh snow and the kids played in the backyard with sleds. Spacious rooms, very quiet neighborhood, and a great experience for our crew. Thank you!

Lovely home

Lovely, spacious home. Our family enjoyed a spring break trip to Pinetop. The home has a great porch in front and back, with a barbecue and swings. The kids loved using the sleds, games and bike. We enjoyed the large table and bar for family meals and game nights. The host is easy to communicate with.

Fall Break

The house was situated in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors nearby. The house was beautiful. It was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably. Everything that was advertised was evident on the property. We had great weather had great communication with the host and posted directions in the house were very clear. We are grateful for their hospitality.

Great house but not properly maintained from afar

The space is fantastic and the owners spent a lot of time adding "bear decor" and plaques everywhere. But.. the kitchen counters and cook top was greasy. All the light fixtures had bulbs missing/not working, there was not a place you could sit and read a book and definitely not at night.

Basic Amenities

Nice 4 bedroom home on a nice woodsy lot and large backyard deck for sitting and enjoying the pines. The house is very nice but with very basic amenities. Living room seating includes a sectional sofa for 6. Comfortable and good for lounging, but well used and quite soft for us old folks. We had a good laugh watching each other navigate their way out of it. One coffee table and one side table served the large sectional. So it was hard to find a convenient place to put drinks or snacks. Master bedroom was nicely equipped with large bed and side tables and lamps. Other rooms were limited with bedside tables or lamps, or had no side tables or lamps which was not convenient for light, having light when getting in or out of bed or placement of water bottle or cell phone. Towels and bedding were clean, but also well used. No towel bars in kitchen or baths. Roku devices are used on the TV’s but only two out of the three have them. Could use some steak knives that can handle the steak you cook on the grill. Location was very nice, host very responsive and overall a good property, maybe a little more attention to detail to make it a 10/10 property.

The house is very comfortable to stay in for a big crowd. how ever it really needs deep clean, kitchen appliances where greasy, the kitchen trash can was very dirty, and so was the carpet. bathroom walls where dirty had spills, and bathroom showers was not properly cleaned. we where happy and everything had been good, until couple days after our stay, i received a very rude message from the host blaming us for a smell in the garage because of the holidays the trash was not picked up and one of my older kids made the mistake of putting the can back inside. we though that would be taken care of by the cleaning crew and we explained that to host, to which he was very irradiated and rude saying it was our job as guests to make sure the house was good, and that his cleaning crew was not responsible for any trash. i also felt in confidence when i first talk to him prior to our trip about some bad experience we had with a booking and he tried to make us feel bad about it and saying we where bad guests when he didn't even have information on what the incident was about. we have had other bookings and never had any complains or problems. his tone tow3ards me was very rude and inappropriate and he was treating with charging extra fees, and was irrational and it almost felt like harassing towards me. i had to block his phone number because of his rude messages. this experienced left a very bad taste in my mouth about ever renting again.

Beautiful and cozy

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, cozy and clean. Loved the fire pit in the back yard. Perfect getaway for our motorcycle weekend.
