The location of the property is very convenient, Jay was quick to reply to questions and the set up was perfect for our families. Overall cleanliness was good—linens were clean, but kitchen could have been wiped down a little better and we had to sweep the leaves off the deck. Great view!

This was our 1st visit to Smith Lake, and our stay at Little's On The Lake was wonderful. Great location with beautiful sunset views. The pier was lacking, but we made do. Great communication and flexibility with owners, clean & comfy with plenty of space for our family.

LOVE this place

We stayed in the owners Grace's Retreat first, which is almost identical to Little's on the Lake. BOTH have a fantastic interior that is perfect for a rental. I can't say enough good things about this place. We hope to come back again soon!

Resting on the lake

Most all was great.There a few repairs and cleaning to be done.Stove needs cleaning bad. The front door will not lock without key and then you must walk around to back door to come in.Grill lighter is broken.

We stayed in Jay’s property for Memorial Day weekend. The entire stay was wonderful (property and lake) and Jay even informed us while we were there that bad weather was moving in. He was a wonderful host and we will definitely try to go back this summer!

Thanksgiving Break

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Littles. The kitchen was well provisioned for our needs. This is a perfect location for a large group to stay as one bedroom has two sets of double bunk beds. There was an occasional electrical glitch in the master bedroom where the ceiling fan didn't work and the key box was difficult for us to open in the dark after arriving late but these were small things that didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. Our host was super patient and dealt immediately with any issue that popped up. We look forward to returning and staying here at Littles when we visit family in the Cullman area

Little's On The Lake was purchased in 2015 and is a family owned property. It is named for our Grandparents - Fred and Willene Little. The home was decorated by our sister who is an interior designer.

We purchased Little's on the Lake in 2015. The house is named for our grandparents - Fred and Willene Little. It adds to our portfolio of properties named after our grandparents - including Grace's Retreat, named after our other grandmother who passed away in 2008. More than anything our grandparents love having the family together. This house brings family and friends together throughout the year.

It is only a short drive from I-65 and is located less than 2 minutes from the public boat launch at Smith Lake Park. With the open floor plan, the house is perfect for large gatherings or getaways for couples, friends, and families.
