Perfect for remote work and close to North Samaritan Hospital for traveling medical professionals. Oceanfront, private beach access, stunning ocean views makes this a perfect spot to mix business and pleasure! Close to shopping, dining and outdoor adventures of the Oregon coast.
This is a 1400 sq ft unit in a duplex. The lower deck of the building includes a shared patio with other unit in the building. This deck includes shared hot tub, propane grill, Solo firepit, outdoor seating and dining. There is also a deck box with beach toys.
Private beach access is for our building and the neighboring building. Gate access key is provided in the unit.
The unit is 3 levels. The top level is the primary suite with a private bathroom and a walk out balcony.
The main floor is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. A large balcony with outdoor seating is off the dining area. A gas fireplace and smart TV make this the perfect space to relax, enjoy the views or stream your favorite shows.
The daylight basement is where you will find a queen bedroom, a 3rd bedroom with a twin bed, desk, and smart TV. Also on this level is a shared full bathroom and full sized stacked washer/dryer laundry.
Each level has doors that allow the cool ocean breezes to circulate through the unit.
Each TV has a Roku stick to allow you to log into your streaming accounts and enjoy free Roku programming. There is no cable/satellite tv service.
The property is protected by a Ring alarm system including a Ring doorbell. The doorbell records audio and video of the exterior. There are no interior cameras.

Randy and I are from Phoenix. We are new to hosting although we have been hosted and love the experience so much we thought weâd give it a go!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Lincoln City for us is in the sweet spot of the Oregon Coast. It has a diverse population, a small town feel, but shopping and dining options. The weather is ideal, not too warm and not too cold. It rains, but not nonstop of the region to the north.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The views are amazing! To our south we have a small forested area and to the west and north amazing ocean views. We have shared private beach access.
