Absolutely one of our best stays in Nashville. House was in a great area, clean and equipped with all we needed for a comfortable and safe stay. Location is close to great night life, exquisite food, and entertainment.Our host were great and very responsive to our needs. This house was just the perfect English cottage, in an adorable friendly neighborhood, with a variety of restaurant options in WALKING DISTANCE! Cafe Roze was an all time favorite, Schulman's for a more neighborhood bar feel, both on Porter Road, and Hearts on Gallatin for breakfast. The home has amazing privacy, unexpected for an in-town option, with lovely porches and garden. 3 bedrooms (one primary, 2 smaller), 2 full baths, lots of charm, and fits a family or 2-3 couples well. A well appointed kitchen (with plenty of coffee provided, thank you!), large dining room, and a cozy living room as well. Hosts were super easy, the home nice and clean, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I wish I could’ve given this property six or seven stars instead of just five. The House was charming and the neighborhood was amazing. It definitely exceeded expectations. We spent our mornings on the porch having coffee and then had multiple options to walk to brunch. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and The House was amazing.

Such an incredible East Nashville property! Incredible!! Way larger in person than the photos demonstrate. We were totally WOW'd by the property. It is time for us to check out, and I don’t want to leave! From the neighborhood, to the proximity to everything, to the value for the money- this property is absolutely stunning. Our hosts were constantly in contact, making sure everything was lovely- and it was. We were in town from Knoxville, and if anyone had told us that before leaving we’d be contemplating moving here- simply because of the neighborhood- I’d have called them a liar. But playing house in 303 Scott for the last two days has been lovely!
