Guests will have full private access to this apartment.
You will need to go up or down a flight of stairs to enter your apartment home.

Prime Location: Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this apartment is only a short walk from University of Nebraska Medical Center, making it an excellent choice for medical professionals, patients, or family members needing easy access to healthcare services.
Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the entire city, however there is public transportation stops within walking distance.
Walking distance to many essentials including; groceries, pharmacy, hospital and restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
There is a Laundry room in the basement floor with coin operated machines. The code to the laundry room door is 3080.
Upon check in you will be given a code for a key lock box outside of the building for the Front Door Key. You will also be provided with a code for your unitâs door entry. Please keep the Front Door key with you for entry until check out day. If you find yourself locked out of the apartment there is a $15.00 Lock Out Fee for one of our manager's to let you into the building. There will be a $15.00 replacement fee for any lost or stolen Front Door Key.
