Clean condo that has everything you need. The little things matter, and the host thought of everything. From cooking spray to spices to beach chairs to freezer packs for our cooler, it truly felt like we were at home. Bed was comfortable and the cool breeze on the lanai was great. We didn’t get tired of sitting on the lanai and staring at the view! Safe neighborhood and easy walk to the beach and shops, with free parking! Communication was a breeze and we had no troubles during our stay. Thank you Cathy!

I can’t say enough good things about the condo and the host, Cathy. The condo is located just a few minutes from the beach. We walked there every day, came back to get ready for dinner, and walked to dinner every night. It is so convenient! She also has chairs and umbrellas to make your day at the beach more pleasant. The condo itself is beautiful, it was fresh and clean, the bed was comfortable, living room furniture was comfortable, and Cathy left clear instructions on how to use everything! It is very organized and there are plenty of kitchen items if you wanted to cook every meal in. We had breakfast in the condo, usually packed a lunch for the beach, and ate out for dinner, so I didn’t make any big meals, but I’m confident I would have had everything I needed. We rented a car for our stay. Parking at the condo was free, so that’s a huge plus. However, we only used the car once while we were there. Next time we won’t waste the money on renting a car. Communication with Cathy was excellent. She WANTS you to enjoy your time there, and you feel that from her. She is very thoughtful and intentional with hosting a VRBO. If she wasn’t already a premier host, I would gladly recommend her.It’s a great place to stay! We’ll stay there again on our next trip to Honolulu!!

Perfect location to have a rental car and walk around waikiki. Unit is incredibly clean and includes everything required for a vacation compared to a hotel room. Instructions are clear and check in/out is super easy. Would stay again!

Perfect location, just a walk to the beach! Apartment was immaculate and was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Owner stayed readily available by phone in case you had issues or questions. Best VRBO experience i have ever had!!

Communication with Cathy was great from the start! She was very clear with instructions and easily reached throughout the entire process. The property was very clean with a great view of the mountains. By opening the windows in the kitchen ad bedroom, we were able to get a nice cross breeze going and didn't need to use the AC at all!We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of amenities Cathy had prepared (especially the cabinet with sunburn relief spray and extra sunscreen). From coolers with frozen ice packs to beach chairs and snorkel gear, the property had everything we needed to ensure our time in Hawaii was memorable. Everything was neatly labeled and well organized.The location was perfect. Just far enough away from the main street to avoid crowds, but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and beaches nearby. Parking our rental car in the garage was easy, and the security guards are very friendly. (You can park all the way on the left side and take the tower 2 elevators from the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floors instead of walking the lobby)We would definitely stay here again!

Best spot to stay in Waikiki

Awesome spot in Waikiki! The building amenities such as free parking, in building laundry, building security, convenience store and coffee shop make Waikiki Banyan perfect. This particular unit was beautiful, had great mountain views, comfy king bed and everything we needed for the beach. The host Cathy was great, had fast communication and very accommodating when our flight was changed. Will stay here again on our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Cathy's place in the Banyon! Cathy made our stay perfect! She was quick to respond and her book of information provided in the room is over the top helpful! Great location! Great amenities! Comfy bed and perfect shower water pressure! We will be back!!!

This is a lovely condo, in a great location near multiple restaurants and only a block from a calm water beach, and with a very friendly and helpful host. AND, you can’t beat the view. Grab it if it’s available!

This property was top notch with cleanliness, comfortability, and location! My husband and I enjoyed everything about this condo. This condo was thought out with care for it's clients and returning clients. The view was amazing. To sit on the couch and view the mountains was a site in itself. Cathy has this condo stocked with everything you would need for an amazing stay. I couldn't believe all that was in this condo from things you may have forgotten to things you may have not thought to bring like (umbrella) lol... Let's talk about the communications. Very clear and concise with everything. She has a manual in the condo that answers every question that you may have. The onsite pool area was just as relaxing as the beach. We spent some time at both the pool and beach! Remind you she has all the beach necessities that you may need so no need to bring any. Also I would like to mention that this condo is in a prime location with the beach being down the street. Let's talk about being close to several ABC stores and restaurants. One helpful piece of information is that The Waikiki trolley runs nearby too. Cathy we will be back and you can bet that we would choose your condo again on our next stay. A week at Waikiki Banyon

The property is ideally situated in the heart of Waikiki and with parking! Views from the unit are great, and with an end unit, could even see diamond head. The unit is well appointed, with a complete and well stocked kitchen and everything else you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

The unit is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Location is fabulous, within walking distance of everything in Waikiki. Parking was easy in and easy out for anyone who has a car. The unit was quiet, comfortable, and attractive and owner was very helpful. A great stay.

Absolutely perfect!!

The condo was in the perfect location and was outfitted with anything we could possibly think to need. Clean, organized, and stocked with all necessities. Cathy was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Laundry was accessible and much needed for us! Waikiki Beach was just a 5 minute walk.Would highly recommend stay here! No hesitations and no regrets!

We had a wonderful stay in Cathy's condo!

The condo was immaculate and was equipped for everything you might need for your stay. We loved that it was only 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. Cathy was wonderful to work with. She answered emails quickly and was helpful in every way. We recommend her highly.

Mini vacation

This place has all the amenities you need & more, like coffee pods, full kitchen supplies, beach chairs & towels. Cooking breakfast made it so easy. This place is very clean and well organized. Checking in was also easy & the host responded quickly & communicates very well. Parking is definitely a Plus, especially in Waikiki. We will definitely return here again. Thank you Cathy, we enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Peaceful great view

This felt like a home, great view of the mountains, open floor plan, very clean. A/C maintained the entire home. Bed was very comfortable, Cathy was very helpful, she communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. Couldn't have had a better stay or experience, thank you for everything.

My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon here in Waikiki. A big part of it was the service that Cathy provided. From having everything we needed (chairs, sun relief cream, reusable bags, ponchos, etc) in the rental space. It’s also as beautiful the pictures if not (better!). You name it - she had it. The location was awesome, and a major plus was the guaranteed parking. We are already keeping our eye out for our next vacation here! Thank you Cathy for sharing this space. Best first trip to Hawaii for us!

Excellent location

Stayed for 2.5 weeks Feb. 2019. Corner unit with stunning views. Very clean and well maintained. It has everything we need. Just felt like staying at home. Excellent location. 2 min. walk to beach and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Owner provides very detail info on driving, amenities and local attractions. Would definitely recommend to friends or relatives.
