The space
This newly renovated, privately located apartment is on the second floor of a marina complex. Includes open floor plan, fully furnished kitchen to enjoy coffee, cocktails, cooking and dining with your spectacular view of the St. Lawrence River with double French doors leading out to your covered private deck. There is also a second deck for grilling and soaking up the sun a few steps away.
This apartment has two bedrooms with two queen size beds and two full bathrooms featuring tub/shower combination for your relaxation.
For your convenience there is central AC/heat, high speed internet, two smart TVâs dishwasher and washer/dryer. Sheets, pillows, towels, Keurig coffee maker, all kitchen equipment are also included.
Bring your boat or rent a boat. Boat slip may be available at this marina for an additional fee.
