The charming property is ideally located in the popular and residential area of Pointe Milou in the extreme north-east of the island of Saint-Barthélemy.
Pointe Milou Rental Villa offers 4-bedroom accommodation with en-suite bathrooms. On the main level of the villa is 3 bedrooms, two of which can communicate; ideal for parents traveling with young children.
On the same level, the kitchen equipped with a long bar counter for meals and breakfasts, is open to the living room. These living spaces decorated in immaculate white open onto the covered terrace with lounge and dining table, and the heated infinity pool.
Finally, on the lower level of the villa there is the fourth bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and a fitness room.
This holiday home is a few minutes from the CHRISTOPHER Hotel, which offers access to its spa and restaurant, the RIVYERA ST BARTH and the RIVYERA PLAGE, to the outdoor clientele. The famous beach of St Jean is 5 minutes and Gustavia is about 8 minutes by car.
