Location was central and was easy to make it to restaurants and events in minutes. Older style duplex, and cleanliness is the downfall.

Nice comfortable property. Neighborhood is not what we expected given the price of the rental. Beds were very comfortable, property was clean, but there were some electrical issues. The owner attempted to address these issues immediately. Owner and host were VERY responsive. Set up was PERFECT for extended family. We would consider renting this property again at a lower rate.

Nice! 2 houses let us spread out at night but gather when we were able. Walked to Fan for dinner. Parking out back was nice. Front porch was especially nice.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at the two houses. Being able to bring our dog made all the difference. The host was very attentive, though everything was perfect when we arrived and while staying, she still checked in to make sure everything was OK. My bed was very comfortable and firm as I prefer. We went to the Hollywood cemetery, Forest Hill Park and Mary Angelas for take out pizza in Carytown. For the big meal we brought the roasting pan and large pots and mixing bowls - just to be sure we would have what we needed,

The house was in a great location for our needs! Parking was great. We received information in a very timely manner and it was clear and concise. We rented both sides for a group of 15. Upon entering we realized it had not been cleaned, or not cleaned well. The kitchens were dirty, the drawers had food particles in and on them. The couches had trash behind and under them. The cleaners did come back twice to resolve this issue. The house did not have enough silverware for the people staying. There were limited serving utensils and bowls. There was a good amount of plates and cups. Some of the furniture, like the couches were great. But some of the furniture was very outdated. The air conditioning worked great for such a hot week. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for our large group. All in all it worked for our group but there are improvements to be made.
