This place is comfortable, clean and in a good, safe neighborhood. The only thing I would caution travelers about - if you are traveling with someone that has mobility issues, be aware all 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on the second level of the house. There is an additional small bathroom in the basement. Therefore, you will need the ability to go up and down stairs. If mobility is not an issue, I would recommend this cozy and cute house.

This cute house was perfect for the four of us, very clean and comfortable. The deck overlooking the back yard was a great place to spend our evenings and on our last night watch a thunderstorm roll in. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Parma!

This was a great place to stay while in the area. It felt like a home away from home. It is located in a really nice neighborhood with families walking outside. It is located close to shopping and restaurants and about half way in between downtown Cleveland and Cuyahoga National Park.

Very comfortable house and very close to everything we wanted to see and anything we needed! We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend it for a Cleveland and/or Cuyahoga trip.

This house was perfect for a quiet winter girl's getaway. The couch is large and comfortable and the house has plenty of places to sit and relax. I imagine that the back patio would be lovely as well, but we visited in January so we weren't able to use it. The host was responsive via messenger, and everything was in good working order. Overall a great place and we'll be back!

This is a wonderful place to book. The host was extremely accommodating and the home was immaculate. This house sits in a very quiet, quaint neighborhood. The covered deck and adjacent deck was our favorite place. It has an outdoor fireplace but we didnt use it. We would book again in the future!!!

Nice neighborhood

Nice neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Property owner, very responsive and friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Hot water here is amazing. Bed was too stiff for my liking but no real issues at all.

Cute neighborhood!

The host was great and allowed us to check out late due to a wedding in town. The place was clean, in a safe and adorable neighborhood and beds were very comfortable! There were pickleball courts within walking distance and a small playground for our 9 year old. Check in and out process was super easy. We loved having a background to hang out in as well. Would FOR SURE stay again!

Great home based location

We came to Cleveland mainly to help move our son back home from his internship, but stayed the extra days to check out as much as possible. This home was a great find, providing a pleasant home base with plenty of room for the 4 of us with temporary storage of his apartment belongings (luckily we didn’t have to provide furniture, but it was still surprising how much he gathered in a year!) I liked being off a dead-end street, so felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood. Having gas heat was great for the cold nights. And I appreciated just having a code to unlock the doors so I didn’t have to worry about losing a key. We didn’t get to cook in the kitchen since our son wanted to share his favorite restaurants, but we did enjoy being able to reheat any leftovers. The host was very pleasant to communicate with, including checking with us during our stay to address any concerns - of which we didn’t have any. As for our stay in Cleveland, we got to hike at the Cuyahoga National Park, saw a couple shows at Playhouse Square, checked out the West Side Market and the Christmas Story House, and also did the walking night of the lights at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Lots of memories and a very good trip.

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I needed to be in the Cleveland area and decided to spend the night rather than make the 3+ hour drive home after a long day. We started looking for hotels in the area and curiosity led us to the decision to rent a house rather than a room. The house is located on a quiet street that dead ends a short distance away so there is no through traffic of mention. What little traffic that did pass by was unobtrusive, we hardly noticed it. The house is very clean and neatly organized. It has a nice split level deck out back with a grill available that would be comfortable in warm weather. The three bedrooms would allow for extra guests and there is a second bathroom with a shower in the basement just off the exercise area and laundry room. The host made the process of checking in and out very simple. We had no reason to meet or speak on the phone but she was quick to respond to messages. Overall we found the house to be much more comfortable than a hotel room and without the sounds of other guests and staff that generally make hotel stays less than restful. The area in Parma is a good one for a "base of operations" during a vacation because it's reasonably close to many of the attractions that Cleveland has to offer. The driveway is large enough to hold several vehicles. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Girl's Trip!! We stayed at this lovely home after the Motley Crue/Tesla show at Blossom Music Center. It was clean, and well appointed with everything we could have needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the original charm of the house. We especially appreciated that you have a designated place for smokers. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will for sure be looking you up for our next show at Blossom!

What a wonderful home to come back to after a day out from activities! We enjoyed the very clean house and all the extras it had to offer. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quite and the outside touches ( a grill, patio furniture and fire pit) were an added bonus. The proximity to all the places we went were only about 20 minutes away. ( Science center, Rock and Roll hall of fame, Aquarium, West side market and the Christmas house). We would definitely stay again if in the area.

There is a reading nook in one of our upstairs bedrooms that a lot of our guests mention. Its a crawl space that is super unique. We plan on making it more decorative and fun for the kids!
