Sunny 1 Bedroom Condo on the Water in St. Petersburg, Florida
Our sunny and bright unit is on the 2nd floor with an oversized balcony offering an incredible and unobstructed view of Tampa Bay. Our condo is an ideal vacation spot for an extended stay or perfect work from home space. Watch the beautiful sunrises over the bay while you have your morning coffee and watch the dolphins playing in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine. Our charming condo offers ceramic tile throughout the unit, big windows letting in lots of natural light, and plenty of privacy owing to the 2nd floor location. It is very quiet with no neighbors above you as you are on the top floor of the building. The unit also offers a new GE fridge and freezer, a new Frigidaire dishwasher, and a brand new GE clothes washer and dryer machine for your convenience. There is also a coin laundry room on the property which you will have 24-hour access to for washing larger loads of laundry.
Waterside at Coquina Key is a waterfront community with over 3 miles of walking paths along the seawall so you can take in the waterfront views from every angle. Enjoy the comfort and peace of mind that the gated 24-hour security offers all residents. Residents are treated to numerous amenities which include 2 swimming pools (1 of them heated), hot tub, fitness center with plenty of workout equipment, lighted tennis court, basketball court, new pickleball courts which were just added, fishing piers, sand volleyball court, community bicycle racks, kayak racks and shuffleboard. The community has a Yacht Club located only 500 feet away from the unit which features a bar offering light foods and drinks and events such as Meatball Mondays, Taco Tuesdays, Wings Wednesdays, football events, etc. The Yacht Club also has a billiards room, library room, and meeting area with ample seating for your visitors and guests.
The location of the property is great for students and faculty of USF, Eckerd College and Stetson Law School, and close to St. Petersburg hospitals for medical professionals including doctors and nurses. Downtown St. Petersburg - which is only 4 miles away from the unit (a 5 minute drive) - offers world class museums, restaurants, shopping, hospitals, nightlife, the new Pier and so much more. In addition to this, you'll be within a 15-20 minute drive from Ft. DeSoto and the amazing St. Pete beaches.
Additional House Rules - please read before making an inquiry to book:
1. All guests must pay a $100 Leasing Administration Fee to the HOA. This fee must be paid at least 14 days prior to check-in. For reservations within 14 days of check-in date, guest may incur an additional $100 “rush” fee for a total of $200. The Leasing Administration fee must be paid directly to the HOA office when you register in person. Please register yourself and your vehicle at the Management Office within 24 hours of arrival. 2. All guests who reserve a 30 day stay must pay a $200 cleaning fee prior to check-in at the time of booking the reservation. Guests who reserve a stay for longer than 30 days must pay additional cleaning fees according to the following schedule: Stays of 31-59 days require two cleaning fees of $200 each for a total of $400. Stays of 60-89 days require three cleaning fees of $200 each for a total of $600. All cleaning fees must be paid prior to check-in at the time of booking the reservation. 3. Our unit has a very strict NON-SMOKING policy that must be adhered to at all times. Any guest found guilty of smoking cigarettes or allowing any guests to smoke cigarettes inside the unit or on the balcony will forfeit their security deposit. For VRBO guests where a security deposit was not collected at the time of booking the reservation who are found to have violated our no-smoking rule, there will be a penalty of $1000 which must be paid prior to checkout. 4. Electricity costs are included for each stay up to $100 per month. Guests who exceed $100 in electricity usage per month will be responsible for paying all electricity costs in excess of $100 per month at time of checkout. We will provide all guests with a statement at the end of each stay showing the total electricity usage and additional cost due at time of checkout. 5. We kindly ask you to consider removing your shoes before you enter our condo. 6. No parties or events are allowed on the property. 7. No pets are allowed in or outside the condo unit. 8. No unregistered guests are allowed. 9. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. 10. Please respect our condo quiet hours. No loud noise after 10pm or before 8am. 11. Please turn our AC back to the temp you found it upon leaving, which is 80 degrees.Thermostat can be found in the hallway in route to the bedroom and bathroom. 12. Please take your garbage to the bins upon leaving. Do not leave your garbage in the condo. 13. Please keep our balcony gate latched and closed after each use. 14. Please respect check-in and check-out times of 11 am check out and 3pm check in. 15. Please take care of your amenities cards. Lost amenities card incurs a $100 replacement fee. 16. Please take care of the furnishings. The cost to repair damage to furnishings or appliances will be taken from your security deposit. If no security deposit was received, the cost to repair or replace damage will be paid prior to check-out. 17. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 18. Please do NOT park in reserve or park over the curb. 19. Please do not bring any glass to any of the pools. 20. Please break down ALL boxes and other recyclable items in the recycle bins. 21. We do a full inventory before every arrival and after every departure and missing items will be charged for.
