Bring Your Own

The location was close to the beach and had an excellent view. Notification of booking and check-in process was straightforward and timely. As others mentioned, there was No TV service of any kind not even local. There was no BBQ grill as advertised. And, Bring Your Own: coffee/tea, paper towels/napkins, dish cloths/dish towels, shampoo/body wash, detergent, sugar/spices, toilet paper (only one roll/ bathroom) and garbage bags. Had we suspected there was not the minimal, we could have Brought Our Own. We found a little store one resort over. Lights on patio did not work. We had a good time anyway!

Rocky point vacation

Good Times

We had a reallly good time. Everything was great except the wifi did not work very well. This was a working vacation for me so I had to use my hotspot and almost ran out of data.

Cute place

Was a super cute place. Bar at the pool is nice. Good drinks and food. Great for families. We did want to mention if you like to watch tv there are no smart TVs. Each room has a tv and dvd player but you’ll need to bring your own movies if you want to use it. Everything was great though. We’d gladly stay again

Wonderful/FunWeekend

The property was clean. Felt like home away from home. Wow I loved the balcony ad it’s scenic view to the ocean. Just one little thing…please supple more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Overall, we all loved our stay at this particular condo and it’s surroundings.

Great spot

Overall, everything was great. There was a slight hiccup when we arrived, but got resolved fairly quickly. The TV is kind of useless, but we didn't come for that. There was not enough toilet paper.

June 2022 Rocky Point

Ok the owner Dave is Awesome. You ask a question and Bam he responds. The unit was the perfect location with great views and a huge balcony to see the entire resort. Super easy to park and get to the elevators. The units had enough bedding and towels for the 5 of us. The unit has a Washer and Dryer, three beach chairs, WI-FI, full size refrigerator, awesome AC, super hot water, easy access to the swim up bar, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen has enough dishes, just bring your own spices.

Girls trip

I brought my mom to Mexico for a relaxing mother/ daughter trip. We had a great time! Property was very nice and everything we wanted. Spectacular views !

This place needed better cleaning, it smelled like pets and the security was very rude.

We will never go back to Bella Sirena, It can ease up on sone rules and make some exception instead it making like if you are in jail. Covid is over! Very dissatisfied with the room as well the air conditioning made a very loud noise that did not let me sleep. I’m supposed to be on vacation, it didn’t feel like it.

Nice Enough

Nice location, nice condo layout, great condo complex with tremendous amenities and beach access. The condo itself features some disrepair and the kitchen is poorly stocked. Also, it is pretty standard in this time to expect an R/O water filtration system and while the condo description did not specifically state an R/O system, it was my hope that it would just be "standard". I would stay here again, but having rented other units with the same layout in the same property, I would make this particular condo my 2nd or 3rd choice, depending on availability. Not a bad place at all but there are many choices at Bella Sirena. A nice stay.

Ok but condo needs some TLC

Good stay while there but the condo needs some work. Had some plumbing issues, loose wall plug , water heatee was leaking and exposed picture hanging on bathroom wall. Could also use a little painting.

Good and Bad

The resort is absolutely beautiful. However, several items in the condo were not working, toliet leaked, air conditioner sounded like a generator and the oven didnt work. I would stay at this resort but not at this condo.
