What a great place to stay! We really appreciated that there were three big bedrooms with king size beds so no one had to get the small room. Also it was helpful having the ground floor full bathroom off of the primary, so older people didn’t have to navigate stairs at night.The location was great and easy for exploring the area. We enjoyed a trip down the canal, visiting Historic Roscoe Village and a couple trips to the Wooly Pig. The house was well stocked and the host very communicative. Thank you!

We had a smoke detector that was going off with low battery contacted the host and no one came during our visit to help. I bought a battery but could not switch it out on my own. He did let us know how to make the noise stop. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it again! Thank you

This property exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing little getaway. We especially loved the incredible view of the river. The hot tub was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home

We had a lovely stay at this home. We had everything we needed and it is in a private and quiet area. Everything is beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace and hot tub are definite bonuses. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time ! House is clean and in a convenient spot. Beds are comfortable. I just couldn't find a large skillet to cook in, I had to use a small one for family of 4. But made it work with a small one. Communication with owner is quick and reliable .

Perfect Getaway

This property was so charming and comfortable. We really love the location and it was really a bonus having the river so close for fishing. We plan to book this again in the future. Thanks Maxx for all your assitance.

This place was clean, very well stocked with kitchen and eating items. Spacious, yet uncluttered with kitch. Owner was responsive and clear. Close to Rt 36 for easy in/out. Back deck overhung the river, neighbors were nice and thru the trees… So very private.

Getting a break

The location was ideal for a local winery we planned to visit one minute away. Modern home with modern amenities. Owners communicated perfectly. Private drive to property. Relaxing peaceful just what we were looking for.

Girls Weekend Away

This is a beautiful "home" to stay in. We loved the balconies with the water views, the well-decorated newness of the house, and the serenity. It is truly a wonderful place to stay, close enough to the wineries, and Roscoe Villiage, but still very quiet and isolated. We did not have any issues with the property, but I did reach out to the owner with a question, and he replied quickly- I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Quick Get-a-way

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Towering Pines Villa with our 2 daughters and son-in-laws. The property was spacious and yet homey. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, cookware and utensils as well as coffee, tea and snacks. We spent time around the kitchen table and also the coffee table playing games, watching football and just relaxing. We hope to visit again when we can stay longer and enjoy more of the outdoors.

Great place for a friend group getaway

We had 3 couples and the Modern Villa was perfect! The rooms are super spacious as well as the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked, and even the few things it was missing we were able to pick up at Walmart, which is very close. The space was very clean and comfy - we felt right at home. The outside space was nice. It rained so we hung out underneath the house so we could still fish along the river. There is a winery right down the road which had a great selection of wine, food and views. The communication was amazing - any questions we had were answered right away. We will definitely be back!!
