Caribbean Palm Villa - Amazing Experience

This was our first visit to St. John and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The Caribbean Palm Villa was amazing. The villa is so beautiful and well maintained. Each bedroom was a good size with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The outdoor showers were so fun and the kids loved them. It has plenty of covered outdoor space with an amazing view and a great indoor/outdoor music setup, including a portable speaker for when the kids wanted to listen to different music. It has every amenity you can think of and it was great having all the information we needed on the iPad - my husband could not stop raving about the toaster (of all things,lol) and the kids loved having the ice machine. It is in a quiet area, but is very easy to get to everything on the island. I only wish we could have stayed longer as this is one of our favorite places we have stayed.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Property could not have been better~ wonderfully appointed, spacious, tremendous views and quality, attention to detail throughout! Denise, the owner, was responsive and so helpful. We will definitely hope to stay again in the near future!

Thanksgiving vacation

The villa was as advertised. Incredible views, and the house itself was beautiful and comfortable. The owners/managers were very helpful getting us there and the whole visit went off without a hitch. We hope to return some day. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, wonderful stay!

This was our 7th time staying at a house in St. John. We can honestly say that this house was our favorite! So comfortable with a beautiful pool and all the amenities you could want! We cannot wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful, amazing vacation at a beautiful location! We will definitely book here in the future!

Peaceful with Incredible Views!

We stayed at Caribbean Palm Villa in late April 2019 and loved our week there. The bedrooms are all very good size and the beds were very comfortable! We also loved the huge kitchen and outdoor deck with its seating and lounging areas. It is only 10 minutes or less to the ferry dock in town so it is easy to get to the nice restaurants and bars.

Impeccable home

This property is a really easy to get to section of fish bay and has an amazing view. Check in is a breeze. The home is absolutely impeccable and each of the three offered bedrooms is awesome. A luxury home with anything you might need to enjoy your stay in St. John.

Beautiful Relaxing Villa!

Everything was brand new and very tastefully decorated! Each master suite has amazing views! The outdoor spaces were plentiful and breezy. This house is pure bliss. The location is perfect, close enough to town but far enough away to completely disconnect. Highly recommended!

Spring Break

Great house in a great locations. We have visited St.John many times over the years and stayed in a number of houses from Chocolate Hole to Coral Bay. Caribbean Palm is one of the best of the bunch. The house is very well laid out and well equipped. The views are amazing. The proximity to Cruz Bay makes it ideal for going to restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, shopping, and accessing boat charters. We had an excellent trip.

Perfect

Couldn’t be happier. Immaculate, beautiful home just as described. Even down to the things you don’t usually think about like cookware and sharp knives. Loved the sunrise and shade in the afternoon after a beach day. Highly recommend!!

Impressive

This property was a pleasure to stay at. A very private location with 3 large bedrooms with en suite baths. Susan the property manager was extremely pleasant and although we did not need to, I felt confident that she would have taken care of any problems if they had occurred. Thank you very much for everything, and I'm thankful I will not have to waste time searching for somewhere to stay when we return to St John.

What an experience!

Three couples. One week. The best house in St. John. We are booking for next year. Close to town and grocery. All bedrooms well equipped. Great kitchen. Pool is perfect. Open air showers. But the view can't be beat! And the breeze is awesome too.

Dreams come true

After looking at this property for 2 years we finally had the opportunity to stay here for just a few days, and they were wonderful. This home is welcoming, beautiful, & easy to access. Love the covered patio and pool, and luxurious beds which are oh so comfortable! Well appointed kitchen, this home has everything you will need. Property manager was super friendly, met us at the car ferry and helped us get acquainted with the property. Love love love Caribbean Palm Villa!

Perfect Holiday!

We spent Christmas week at Caribbean Palm Villa with our adult children and it was a wonderful week! The villa exceeded all of our expectations. The views are amazing and the house has everything you will ever need! And the beds were heavenly! Very close to town and beaches! The island looks great post hurricanes. We went to a different beach every day and we were often the only family there! A truly once in a lifetime experience. We are returning in March with our friends and can’t wait for them to experience the beauty of Caribbean Palm Villa!

Just incredible!!

We had an amazing stay at Caribbean Palm Villa! The property is absolutely beautiful as are the views of Fish Bay below. The house was spotless, and the bedrooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable, and there were an assortment of pillows from firm to soft. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus as it allowed us to pack lighter for the trip. I can’t say enough good things about Denise the home owner and Dan and Megan the property managers. They made everything so easy! We can’t wait to return!!

A Vacation Experience of a Lifetime!

It is hard to put into words how amazing this villa experience is! The views are to die for and the attention to detail in the villa is exquisite. While we love the beaches and restaurants, we often could not tear ourselves away from spending the day in paradise swimming, sunning, relaxing, and enjoying all of the amenities of the villa! The cooling breezes, the outdoor shower, the magnificent swimming pool with views of the sunrise and the Caribbean Sea add to the phenomenal experience. We are already planning our next Caribbean Palm extravaganza later this year and can't wait!
