This Victorian Queen Anne home on the south shore of Green Lake in Ripon is one of two homes on a family estate. This picturesque property offers 115 feet of lake shore with a gentle slope for easy access to swimming, sailing, boating, water skiing, and fishing. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private pier and savor the tranquility of lakefront living. There's also an oversized brick patio for more outdoor lounge space.

Relax in the living room overlooking the water with a wood-burning fireplace, or dine in style in the formal dining room with lake vistas. A second living area features a piano for musical evenings. The full kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, and coffee maker (no dishwasher). With amenities like a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, WiFi, and a gas grill, this home ensures a comfortable stay for all. Linens and towels are provided for your peace of mind.

The house features three bedroom suites, each boasting a private bath and elegant four corner poster beds, TVs, and ceiling fans. Beautiful lake views but a lot of problems with the property.

We got there early so we walked around the lake house to see the outside as well as look at the dock. There was a lot of over growth and the area in front needed to be cleaned up more. The house is quite outdated but had a lot of character. The main issues were that the house was not cleaned properly and there were dean bugs all over the house. My son was going to sleep on the sofa bed and when he unfolded it, there were bugs inside. We could not see what they were or if they were alive or dead. The carpet on all of the rooms on the first floor were very dirty. There was a big black spot on the carpet in front of the bed in the min bedroom. If coming with a big family don’t bring much food since the fridge and stove are small but doable.the house had a very bad musty smell like mold that you could smell in all of the rooms. I love using Vacasa but will never rent this property again. This will be a big issue for anyone staying there irlf it doesn’t get fixed. Very out dated the house needs a good cleaning and revamping. You can also low quality repairs done to the property. Windows were damaged also. I work for a travel wholesaler and would not ever recommend this property.
