This property was our dream vacation home. We live in USA, but originally from the beloved Alexandria, Egypt
It was our dream to have a sea-front full Mediterranean view condo. So we brought this special apartment to the highest standards with 100% renovation of its floor, ceilings, walls, appliances, fixtures, appliances, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.
We brought most of its kitchen supplies and equipment from USA, all of its appliances are brand new, with 2 new Samsung book-match fridges, microwave, Nespresso/Espresso machine, stove, oven, all granite counter-top, kitchen bar, bar stools, dining area with granite top. Five new high horse power, dual invertor, cold and hot air conditioners, living area with extra to sofa beds for extra people, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, master bedroom with King bed directly in front of the Mediterranean sea, with private walk in dresser and private full bathroom. A 2nd full bathroom outside for the rest of the apartment with bathtub, shower, and all appliances are imported luxury golden style.
The whole floor is 1 matching book Indian porcelain with superb luxurious walls around.
Top-notch furniture, old hand made and custom made for perfect sizing and matching reception section with separate dining area.
Also separate 2nd living area with comfortable couches, flat 4K 65" LG TV with 2 remote controls, internal dish/cable, already connected, WIFI covers the whole apartment, board games, kids toys,... and much more!
